Burger King — Restaurant in Little Rock

I've had bad visits here on occasion. But the staff is super friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Store is clean, they're still masking. And my orders of the $1 bacon cheeseburger, extra mayo, extra pickles and extra onions is a potential mess, but I've recieved burgers worthy of a food commercial, and with out waiting forever. Plus those 10 piece chicken nuggets make my puppers hella excited. They start making happy noises when they see the BK sign as we drive up to it. Lol.

3 dollars for the treat if a hot juicy well dressed burger and enough nuggets to satisfy even my big pittie mutt? Flicking sweet. Though the nuggets are always so hot my dogs have to wait till we get home to eat them. Something McDonald's never does. Lol.

Anyways. The bk ap is craptastic, but the store runs cheaper prices then the standard ones in ap. So skip the ap and kick it old school inside or through drive...

I ordered my food, and it arrived fresh and hot in a very fast manner. The management seem to be on top of everything. I sat in the lobby and ate my sandwich, which I quickly realized was not what I had ordered, but it was so delicious. I almost ate it all. So I quickly ran up to the desk just to let them know that what I was eating was not what I ordered to see if maybe there was a possibility to refund me for my order because I paid for a more expensive sandwich and got a cheaper one, but I was OK with that. Unbeknownst to me, the manager had already had the staff making my sandwich again, and it was made in such a fast manner, and exactly what I had ordered so I accidentally I got two for one today. HORRIBLE! Even though I ordered 10 ghost pepper nuggets ahead on the mobile app., had already been charged and had my email receipt, the manager said he couldn't find my order 10 min. later. Then he said he found it over the speaker, and told me to pull to the st window. I ordered an extra order of fries at the speaker and paid for them at the first window, but when I got to the second window, although the fries were ready, the Manager had the gall to say he needed me to pull forward, as they were cooking my order 'fresh'. After 15 min. that's unreasonable, so I refused to pull forward, and guess what, the ghost pepper nuggets were ready in 30 seconds. Imagine that. Even tho I love BK in general, rest assured, I won't be going back to that...
