Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Little Rock

I called in a order. When I picked it up, the order was not correct. I asked to speak with the manager; the female stated that she was the manager. We disagreed over the price because she was trying to overcharge me stating that the guy who took my order was new and didnt ring my order up properly. I in turn asked for my money back and she refused to give it back asking me to pull up eventhough I had given her back the merchandise. I pulled up after about a minute of waiting in the drive thru and went inside. I stood in line and she took orders around me from people going and coming in the store and the drive through. I had to call the police then she finally gave me my money back. I waited over 30 minutes for $18.00 to be returned to me. I spoke with another manager a couple days later who was just as rude as the worker was, and nothing was done which is ok because I will never return to this location nor spend my hard earned money in such a place where the workers don't value...

Do NOT order here in the night time or late in the day! I Got food last week on an online order and they said the wait time was going to be 30 minutes. We drove here and went in the drive through for them to tell us that they did not have anything available at the moment and it will be another hour. We finally got our food and part of the order was wrong. We called and told them what had happened and the manager said that she will give us our original order for free and to pick it up when we can. I went today to get the order and I walked in and was ignored for about 10 minutes. I was finally acknowledged but was told that they yet again did not have my order ready or even have it in the system. I was trying to talk to the man at the front desk for him to then ignore me again and start talking to another customer. I walked out of the store and sent my mom in. Worst experience ever!!! Manager on duty attitude was the worst I ever experienced!!! After waiting almost 30 minutes for my 4 pizzas and asked to park and my food would be brought to me momentarily....yeah right! I literally had to go back inside and ask and demand my food after seeing numerous customers leaves with orders! I was never offered a refund until I demanded answer for such poor service! Then I asked for corporate office number and the manager on duties name and she refused to give me her name which led to tempers flaring and her getting loud and began cursing me out in front of the entire staff! I never received a refund because she had to be restrained by her staff and cooks to keep from attacking me! I most definitely will not be back and look forward to hearing from corporate concerning...
