Sharks fair park — Restaurant in Little Rock

I thought today would be a good day to finally try their Philly cheesesteaks. Boy was I WRONG!! I call and placed my order at 12:15 on the dot. I gave it a minute because I knew they were probably busy or whatever. I made it to the store around 12:34. When I walked in, nobody was behind the cash register, so I decided to find myself a drink. I got my drink and went to the cooking are to pick up my order that I assume was already done and ready to be picked up. I gave the lady my name and she didn’t even know what I was talking about. Who every took my order over the phone never gave her my order. So she asked me if I could wait 5 minutes. I said, “ Yeah sure! I can wait 5 minutes”. That was at 12:37. A few minutes after I sat down, someone walked in and placed his order right at the counter. The lady told him it would be about 7 minutes on his. The whole time she was cooking, she was working in someone else’s order which was expected. Maybe 12 minutes later, she place 2 orders on the counter. 1 order had 3 plates and the other order was just 1 plate. I’m grabbing my things thinking this is my plate, she pointed to the guy that walked in and placed his order and said, this is yours sir, and the other person that had 3 plates was waiting also. She looked at me and said “2 more minutes! Just 2 More!” I’m EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED NOW! She FINALLY finishes my order, I pay for my things and left! I didn’t get my food until 1:07!!!

So now the review on the food:

-10!! The fries were old and cold, my sandwich had more onions that ANYTHING on it! My steak meat was ALREADY getting cold and it was overwhelmingly seasoned! Salty in other words. I couldn’t even finish.

When I look online, Sharks is currently open. I showed up and the male owner told me they closed at 8 pm. Next, he asked me for my order. I told him I wanted a cheeseburger and fries. He said no, we closed. Why ask me for my order? I just wasted my time. Update your website. On Facebook, you have the kitchen closing at 9 pm. Update your sites. It physically says your open on your building. Me and other customers can walk in and out. You have lost my business. the gentleman in there is very nice so is the older lady BUT the little young LADY.. I don't need her food service attitude. on my way to work trying to get a bite to eat she was already behind the counter fixing someone food so when she got through I said can you grab me two piece of chicken and bring it to the counter with you no I'm going to serve him first but you walking from back here and have to walk back you're not even finish with his food smh but I still continue to be nice I didn't want the food got my beer and left.. had the food before it's a no for me.. Will continue to buy my beer though...
