I would like to start with saying that I always buy Starbucks , I’m a loyal customer. On 1/20/22 around 4:50 pm CST at a location on Chennal Parkway in Little Rock AR. I had 2 orders. Both Mango DragonFruit Lemonade.first of all nobody greeted me . After my order being rung up I waited 20 mins in lobby to get my drinks. I tried to get the Baristas Attention and she ignored me . I attempted to get her attention 2 more time and by the 3rd try she answered What!! To me . I then advised her that my drinks had not been given to me . She then said well we have drive thru and told me that I would have to wait for my drinks. I then waited 10 more mins, only to get the wrong drinks . The lady gave me the drinks with ice when I specifically ordered them with no ice. So she then grabbed them and threw it out aggressively in the sink. After she threw it she went to go to remake them and then came back with the drink 3/4 of it missing. So I told the Barista . I’m sorry what is this . She said those are your drinks ,if you order no ice this is what you get and that’s it. I then told her I’ve worked at SBux before and I would never give a customer this drink the way it looked. She then rolled her eyes and said we’ll go somewhere else you Mexican girl. So I asked for the supervisor and the guy gave the side to them and said they were right and didn’t even apologize for the rudeness of both baristas. When I was getting my money back for what I had ordered a White person came in the store and everyone greeted him the correct way and even offered If he needed something else. I know I was treated this way because of my race and sexual orientation. This is unacceptable and I have never gotten this treatment before and this company doesn’t deserve loyal customers like me to get treated this way. Read moreConvenient Starbucks location located within the Kroger Marketplace. This one is not downsized and has all of the drinks and foods you would find at a typical standalone location. There is no drive-thru and I am not sure if you can use the app at this location either.
