Starbucks — Restaurant in Little Rock

I normally have a great experience at this location, yet lately it has been quite unpleasant. There is an associate that seems to offer poor quality customer service. I hate to think that it's racially charged due to believing that the associate is currently transitioning. I'm a therapist, so my job is to study the bx of individuals and assist them with their issues. Yet, I wish to ask when I order a drink a certain way, it's normally half-assed. Excuse my language, yet this is the first time that I've experienced such poor quality. I continue to give this location a chance, but after tonight's visit around 9:15 pm. I would rather drive downtown, target, starbucks by Kroger on Chenal, or even all the way to Benton. I really hope her customer service improves to so that we as consumers could enjoy the other associates that are more pleasant and actually provides satisfactory...

Frustrating!!! There are very few places we can get good coffe here in Little Rock (need sugar free options for specialty coffees), but Starbucks on Shackleford in W. Little Rock has been our go to. However, just like many other places now, they are doing online/mobile orders. That shouldn't be a problem, but no matter how many are in line or waiting for drinks, they fill the online/mobile orders FIRST. There were roughly 20 people waiting (seriously), yesterday, and only 1 barista. She said she has to do online first, then ours - a few walked out then. FINE, but they need to have 1 specifically for that and 1 to do walk-ins. Used to be that the customers in front of you came first. Guess I'm going to have to drive 10 minutes out to get really good coffee, and fast - Koffee...

I will never go here again!!!! I walked in with no line, I place my order and I use my Verizon up coupon for 5 dollars and still owed the cashier 27 cents. I politely asked the cashier if she would go ahead and make my coffee while I walk out to the car to get 27 cents, as I didn't wanna swipe a card for that. She said yes sure. When I come back to give her the 27 cents she is standing there doing NOTHING. While waiting they've already made coffee for the person that came in after me. When I ask her how much longer it will be, she just stared at me with a blank face. It takes so long I left without my coffee because I had a meeting to get to.
