Starbucks — Restaurant in Little Rock

This store should probably be closed for training before continuing to operate. The inside of the store looked very unorganized and not reflective of the standards set by Starbucks. I ordered a Cafe Mocha with light whipped cream and advised the cashier I wanted to use my stars for my purchase. She said okay and then charged me full price without using any stars. When I questioned her about it, she did not understand how the stars program works, how my total should have decreased or how to correct her error. In addition to not knowing basic information, my drink was horrible. It was very weak and did not have the rich flavor expected from Starbucks. I am convinced my drink was made with water and not milk. I stopped at a different Starbucks (418 E Broadway, NLR, Ar. 72114) and asked them to remake the drink and it not only felt heavier, but tasted 100% better. There is no way I would ever visit this...

By far the BEST Starbucks location I've ever been to! I come here at least twice a week, and not once have I had a bad experience. Every drive-thru employee that I have encountered is always so kind & friendly to me; but there is one female employee that always treats me and my 2 daughters with such genuine kindness and respect, it always brightens my mood & makes my day 10x better! I always look forward to seeing her whenever I go. (I just wish I knew her name so she can get the positive recognition she deserves!)

Although it can be a little hard trying to drive into the parking lot at times, the lovely employees & my (always) perfectly-made drinks make up for the awkward layout of...

(Edit to add) went to try this location again, and all I’m gonna say is… This is the worst Starbucks in Little Rock. If you’re traveling on i30 keep going to the next location! drinks wrong, bad attitudes and severely poor customer service.

Have been going to this location since they opened and have had good experiences until today. The line was long and I ordered mobile anyway so I parked and let my daughter go get the drink, once she was given the drink she asked if the lady could she stir it so the lady took the drink back and SLAMMED the window in my daughters face!!! THAT BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY twords a RESPECTFUL child....
