Have always been a fan of Amato's and when I heard they were coming to Littleton I was so excited. Things were great in the beginning. Food was great and the employees were helpful with using the kiosk. My recent visit and possibly my last had me witnessing one of the employees being disrespectful towards a customer because they made a mistake when placing their order. She wasn't willing to work with the customer and said that the customer would have to pay for the sandwich and order another. All this over pickles. Her attitude spilled over towards other customers as well. Terrible habits when handling the food. Rubbing her nose, touching the food and with no sanitary gloves on. I later learned that she is a local girl known as Sara Cote. If this employee still works for you she should be spoken to. Word of mouth in a small town...
Read moreThis place was the only place open at the time, so I ended up getting a wrap from here. I'm not sure if health and food inspections happen here, but it surely needs a secret inspection. The girls working there weren't cleaning up anything. Banged eggs on the counter and didn't even wipe up the liquid that dropped onto the counters. Under the oven, the counters, the tops of the seasoning, were all disgusting. The eggs, bacon, and sausage patter were left jn boxed right next to the cook top eggs were sweating, so they had been there a long while before I got there.
