I went through the drive through tonight and found myself behind someone who seemed to want to tell the attendant about the good old days. He got his food, he got his drinks, he wouldn't leave. When I ordered the total was $9.96 as stated at the drive through order podium. When I got up to the window (finally), she asked for $5.00+. I knew the order was wrong and I repeated what I had asked for. She seemed to think that was not a problem. I asked at the drive through for horsey sauce. I asked for horsey sauce at the window when she had to enter the order again. When I got home the horsey monster stole the horsey sauce from the bag. It was not existent. I threw the food away and ate some left overs since it was not what I wanted or expected. I guess when the minimum wage went up, they took a straw and sucked out half the employees brain to compensate for the money increase. Try a new approach to customer service, EXCEED their expectation. The food could be mediocre but the service will build a repeat customer. Guess I will have to go to a different Arby's and see if their service is above the bare minimum. The questionnaire will not let me send this unless I answer recommended dishes. I will answer one just to get on with this. I really can't recommend any dishes since I didn't eat it. Want a real recommendation? Bring back the...
Read moreWent through for lunch today as I work up the street from them so it is super convenient, Horrible experience. Was cut off by some rude guy in the drive through lane, and yes i know its not really relevant to the actual arby's itself but it gets better. I was interrupted over and over again when putting my order in, and completely was being rushed through. Waited my turn in line to get too the window, paid and asked if I wanted any sauce, They then handed me my drinks, and then a very overly stuffed bag of the food i ordered. When grabbing the bag from the worker in the window the bag ripped and spilt my food all over the side of my car, the worker proceeded to laugh and say it was someone else's fault for over packing the bag. He asked me to pull around the building and they would have my food right out, they brought out a bag of food that was picked up off of the ground and proceeded to try and tell me that they remade the food....
Read moreI'd do zero stars if I could. Just got an order via Grubhub that was laughably off. Called the restaurant and they could not have cared less, they just passed it off to GrubHub and didn't acknowledge a thing. Everything was on the receipt on the bag, but their quality control is everything but. A meal but no fries. A small beef and cheddar instead of the medium one. Mozzarella sticks and no marinara. And once again, zero accountability when I called the restaurant. Service at restaurants in general has gone to the cellar the last couple years but even I was blown away by how bad this order was put together. A 6 year old could have figured it out better. Never again. If you order from them make sure to check your order before they drive away. Thankfully I got a refund...
