Very poor customer service experience !! We thought we would give this place an try and ordered a crepe and scoop of ice cream. We received our ice cream immediately and had to inquire about the crepe after about 20 minutes of waiting. Apparently there was a lack of communication with the employee who took our order and the employee in the back because when we inquired it appeared like she had no idea about the order. When we asked for a refund because we didn’t exactly have the time to wait, we we’re told only the manager who was on vacation at the moment could authorize the refund. The service here is incredible! It is too bad an old employee sent the masses to this local spot because I have had nothing but positive interactions. I actually had the opportunity to speak with the owners and they were beyond kind and helpful. I was not familiar with a lot of the choices because the ice cream shops I am used to are all just vanilla and chocolate, but the employees were so helpful in guiding me to something I would love. I had mango ice cream with tajin and it was soooooo good. It was totally different from anything I’ve ever had before and I can’t wait to come back and try all the other things that look so good.
