Placed an online order on 9/20/2020 and received confirmation that it would be ready at 5:32pm. Showed up at about that time and they were extremely busy. I gave the person at the register my name and they said it wasn't ready yet. That part of this was not a problem as I certainly understand being busy. However, about 5-10 min later one of the employees asked me what order I was waiting on. I gave him my name and he told me they had no record of my order. I showed him the confirmation email and he showed me their screen where my name wasn't listed. I asked him about a refund and he told me that corporate told him that his issue "happens sometimes" and that I would get an automatic refund. That was incorrect as the following day the amount of the order posted on my credit card. I called Jersey Mike's customer relations extension, sent an email through their contact us option on the website and left a review on the online order section. I didn't receive a response until 9/23 which was an email from customer relations saying that refunds are handled at the store level and that they would forward to the store. I have not yet heard from the store and will need to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Read moreI’ve been a jersey mikes fan for about about 8 plus now. No 9 is my favorite sandwich on the planet and if I want something different big kahuna is a good alternative. They are a great choice when travelling amd I can honestly say you get pretty much the same sandwich all over which says a lot, I can count on it when I am hungry. This is now my local jersey mikes and they make a great sandwich and great service with a smile. I have had a couple of orders where they have given me white bread versus what I ordered on the app which is wheat. It seems like this is a common issue from reviews which they have now fixed. As a new store when it happens once I let it slide but when it happened twice I let them know that this was not satisfactory. The manager Jesse Trask called me personally and was so grateful I called and so understanding of the issue. This was a glitch on the app and not their fault so I totally understand. The manner in which he called me and put it right was first class customer service. As I said previously I could tell he was genuinely happy I called as he would have never known. Read moreThey are great at communicating, phone etiquette was awesome. The guy answering had a great attitude and was very polite, upbeat and spoke clearly with personality. However follow through in making the sandwich was only a 4. I ordered the Giant Roast Beef with Provolone. Called in the order because the website had no place to make special requests or minus or add buttons (Consider fixing this). Asked for one half to be made without lettuce the other half to hold the onions. Both sides had onions. I had to pick them off. Asked for extra red pepper relish and there wasn't extra. Actually felt like there was less than normally would be on the sandwich. In this instance Ill be sure to ask them to put some extra in a To-Go condiment container, this way I know I'm actually getting extra sauce. Order was being brought to the register right as I had arrived. Didn't have to wait like i have at the Englewood location. This chain offers the best quality meat and the red pepper relish set's it off to make a great sandwich. Better than Jimmy Johns, Firehouse, or CheebaHut. I just cant get away from the Roast Beef .
