This has to the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. Upon my arrival the women at the counter immediately gave me a dirty look and I could tell she was not wanting to deal with customers. (mind you it was 11:30am, on a Thursday, and I was the customer in the store.) When I asked her what a "protein bowl" consisted of she barely responded with chicken and beans. I ordered two, and the first one was given double meat, and beans, and I added extra toppings. On the second one, she only gave me barley one serving of meat, when I asked about another scope she literally grumbled, then proceeded to charge me extra for the meat on the second bowl. I didn't hesitate to pay the extra money, took my food, from the very impatient and rude women, and left. (I was inside the store for not even 5 minutes from start to finish- so I did not take up much of her day.) I decided to look into what the "protein bowls" are supposed to consist of and based on the Qdoba website, it should have been double meat, beans, veggies, salsa, and guac. Just wondering why your employees seem to not know anything about customer service or what your products actually have in them? And why the hell are they OVERCHARGING people? Read moreI have never met such a rude employee to another employee especially one who is actively working with a customer. Obviously the guys who was helping us was new but the only girl working (12/29/2024 evening unfortunately I did not get her name) was absolutely bashing on the guy helping us in front of us telling him how bad of a job he’s doing and what he’s doing wrong. I genuinely wanted to say something to that female worker or leave because that is unacceptable and disgusting. The guys either needs more training (which she probably trained him from what it seems like) OR talk to him on the side about work flow and processes but it’s not appropriate to talk to a coworker that way but especially in front of customers. If I were him I would have walked out and quit my job she was so rude. 10000% will never return to this Qdoba. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.
I hope management sees this and addresses this. And I hope she is not management herself. I sincerely feel awful for that employee no one deserves to be talked to or treated to that way regardless of how you are performing at your job- mind you he was trying and listening to her and applying what she said, it’s not like he...
Read moreJust took my son here for dinner after his basketball game. We were hungry and exhausted. That all changed when we walked through the door and got the best greeting I have ever received anywhere from an employee named Bass. This guy yells “Welcome in, you are about to have an amazing experience and we are happy to have you here!” It got better form there. He made our bowls with a smile on his face and he just had so much positive energy exuding from him. He let my son try to Cholula chicken which he is now obsessed with. He thanked us for coming in and again we just had the best experience you could have in a 5 minute visit due to Bass. He’s a trophy Bass! We let him know this as well. Food was also on point. In this day and age to see an employee show up to work is a amazing. To have them engaging customers with a smile on their face and being happy and friendly…I’m sold.
