I love chickfila, i have worked at chickfila as upper management for years. when i tell you this store is not up to par it is not. I ordered a cobb salad via the mobile app, and it did not give me the option to remove the corn as i have an allergy. I called immediately after placing my order and asked them if it was possible to remove the corn (which i know is easy in just creating a fresh cobb base) they told me absolutely and it was no problem. when i got my food i realized before eating my salad there was corn in it. no worries, i called and spoke to a female manager asking if it was possible to swap them out for a fresh salad. She told me of course as long as i brought the old one in. So i brought in the salad, and was told by a different lead that i had to pay for a whole new salad and they couldnât do anything about it. When asked who i spoke to on the phone i expressed it was a female but i was unaware of her name, i got an eye roll back. Normally this wouldnât be an issue for me but tight on funds and was treating myself to some CFA. The manager i was met with was short, and had a underlying rude attitude. I was told the only way to get another salad was to buy it. I understand policies and procedures, but at this point i would have preferred a DOC or just a swapped salad. I was told to go through door dash for a refund even tho i placed my order through the app and there is no option to attach that door dash to me since it was through the CFA mobile app and not my personal door dash account. so now im out the cost of two salads and left rather unpleasant after feeling brushed off...
   Read moreThey rarely actually bring out curbside orders. Instead, they leave it behind the counter and make you come in to get it. This means your food ends up cold by the time you figure out they won't be bringing it to you. Our food sat for over 15 minutes while the app said it was on the way. Just remove the curbside option if employees are unwilling to walk the 20ft to deliver it to our car. Even when I went it to grab my curbside order, 2 employees just stared at me with no greeting or attempt to help. When I did finally get one to talk to me, they claimed my food must've just gotten ready, even when the app said it had been ready for a while. One of the lower end of service as far as chickfila goes.
Edit for response from store: The order was not done under my name. We selected "I'm here" a bit before it showed us our food was "on the way". This is not the first time this has happened, at least 75% of the time we do curbside we end up going inside to grab our food since we can see it just sitting on the cashier counter with no attempt to...

Not only do they not hear well but they're stingy with sauces and give you the wrong ones? The female placed at the window that day was rude, no manners, no customer service, how do they get hired? No apology for making a wrong order yet she blamed it on us but I let her know she was in the wrong. When someone says I want a deluxe sandwich, they ask if it's a meal, we say no just the sandwich and fries. She put down a sandwich no lettuce no tomatoes, like what? We literally just said a Deluxe sandwich since that's the term they use rather than burger of course. It doesn't make sense how she then blamed it on us, ridiculous. She needs to get a hearing aid or get trained again indeed. Horrible place, won't be going back again. Like I said, no apology for the inconvenience she caused us and not the other way around, no thank you nothing. Shame on you and the restaurant for hiring...
