Don’t be fooled by their marketing and sales reps in store. This was by far the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had post-purchase.
Firstly, the mattress we received at home was not the same we tried in store. Period. My partner and I both agreed on this.
Secondly, when asking about returns, the rep mentioned their “super easy return policy” but failed to mention two critical aspects of this policy:
You CANNOT return it within 30 days. We made an international move and had stuff everywhere as we were settling in our new apartment, but no, we HAD to keep this thing in our apartment for 30 days despite having already replaced it with another mattress (yes it’s that bad, essentially a glorified, overpriced air mattress).
It cost us $500 to have it removed. So you’re essentially paying $3500+ for a bad mattress +$250 delivery fee and another $500 on top of it to have it removed.
I moved from Europe and in all my years in dealing with thousands of businesses, this is by FAR the worst I’ve ever come across.
Their customer service reps on the phone are beyond rude. No incentive to help customers out as once they’ve taken you money, nobody cares.
They know that even if you hate the mattress, they’ll end up making $500-700 in delivery fees from you anyway.
STAY AWAY! I will promote this message on all other channels to keep as many people away...

We did not have any idea of the sleep number beds, but have relatives that have the beds. We went into the store just to look around while we waited for our son and his wife were in a different store. Our sales lady Christine meet with us and introduced us to the Sleep number experience. She was really patient with us. The 1st bed we tried, was ok, but when we went to the i8 bed and Christine put us into zero gravity all of our back pain, and her vertigo went away. Oh man was that awesome. We moved to the SC360, and ended up purchasing that.
This is experience was the best I have ever had. We are having to be patient as our new bed will not be delivered for a few weeks. We are extremely excited for this purchase with no buyers remorse, and can't wait to get a good...

I NEVER recommend "Buying On Time" but it turned out to be one of the BEST decisions I ever made! Yes they are pricey but worth every penny! I opted for their Adjustable Base for Head/Feet PLUS a FOOT WARMER (truly a gift from Heaven if you suffer from cold feet and chronic foot issues). They usually have SPECIALS where you can get promotion's with NO INTEREST for 12, 24 or 36 months a couple times each year. IT IS PRICEY, but if you NEED GOOD SLEEP for better performance and/or to just FEEL BETTER do NOT hesitate to purchase a bed from this company.
