Quiznos — Restaurant in Littleton

Although the staff was nice... I visited this Quiznos with excitement since I know many are closing. My husband and I for years have LOVED the Chicken Carbonara sandwich. I ordered 2 /12" sandwiches with Extra carbonara sauce. 1 sandwich with mushrooms. 1 without mushrooms. Both with Lettuce and 2 bags of chips, no drinks. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. When I got home BOTH my husband and I noticed the blandness of the sauce. There was absolutely NO "zing" to it. We had to add salt and pepper to it because of the missing flavor. On top of that, we had to dispose of most of the chicken inside of it. It tasted gummy and fatty. There were pieces in there that were soo chewy, I had to stop chewing halfway through it just to dispose of it. I'm highly disappointed and more so that I paid EXTRA for the sauce. I want a full refund, but this location is 30 minutes away from where I reside. Never going back...

I'm kinda just excited this place still exists! What a relic! Stopped here for lunch, had the Italian half salad and some tots, hubby had the turkey bacon guac on jalapeno bread. Half a salad is enough, especially with all the toppings! The bread on the sandwich was really good, it tasted fresh. Knocked a star because the lettuce mix had several icky pieces I had to pick out, I received a creamy Italian dressing instead of the red wine vinaigrette that's supposed to come with the salad, and I had to wipe off my chair before sitting down because it was covered in crumbs n stuff. Most of the store was pretty clean besides that, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Besides the lettuce in the salad, the quality of the food was good and the portion size was good...

We have eaten here a few times and it just depends on what sandwich you get as some are better than others. I ordered the Ultimate Turkey. The Mayo they use is horrible and tasteless. No exaggeration, it's white tasteless spread. Definitely not a Hellman's or Best Foods! Also the bacon, they use bacon bits like the kind you buy at the grocery store on the shelf, tasteless as well. So if you're looking for a flavorful piece of bacon you won't get it here. The turkey, fair. Overall the entire sandwich was very bland and I would not order it again. I'm giving three stars because the people are always friendly and the place is always clean, but I'll probably head elsewhere...
