I recently visited this Subway, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. One of the first things that caught my attention was how impressively clean the restaurant was. The floors were spotless, the tables were free of crumbs, and the air was fresh, making the space feel very inviting.
The staff was friendly and efficient, but one employee in particular stood out: Graycen. From the moment I stepped up to order, Graycen greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service. They took their time to ensure my order was just right, asking questions to perfect my sandwich and making thoughtful recommendations on toppings. It was clear that Graycen took pride in their work, and their professionalism added to the positive experience.
When it comes to cleanliness, the attention to detail didn’t stop at the dining area. I checked out the restroom, which often tells a lot about a place, and I was not disappointed. The bathroom was spotless, with clean sinks, dry counters, and a fresh smell. The mirror was crystal clear, soap and paper towel dispensers were full, and the trash bin was neatly maintained. It was one of the cleanest fast-food restrooms I’ve encountered, showing that the staff goes the extra mile to maintain the entire space.
My sandwich—a classic Italian B.M.T. on Italian Herb and Cheese—was prepared perfectly, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of toppings. The quality of the food combined with the outstanding service from Graycen made my visit truly enjoyable.
Overall, this Subway location exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, and Graycen’s stellar service made my visit one to remember. But this Charles individual needs to be talked to. When I came in this morning he was standing in the corner and the audio I heard coming from his phone sounded highly inappropriate, little bit x rated. Every time I have been in there, when he is there, he seems to never be doing anything besides staring at his phone. And my suspicions of that seem to have been correct because when my coworker went in there to grab food for him and his spouse, he told me that charles was no longer there and makayla now was with an empty counter because charles had done nothing that entire morning. Read moreI visited the other day after getting off work, and the experience was fantastic. The staff member who assisted me (Graysen, I believe) truly went above and beyond. When I arrived, she was in the middle of preparing a mobile order, but she immediately paused to help me. They were out of cucumber, but she quickly cut more to ensure I got everything I wanted.
As she prepared my food, we struck up a conversation, and she was incredibly friendly, keeping me engaged throughout. Despite working completely alone, she greeted every guest with a smile and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. I also noticed how clean the lobby was, and the drink station was fully stocked.
