Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Live Oak

Manager David was extremely rude, they mess up my order and instead of just working to fix it he is trying to find the blame on who took the order I am already in a hurry I called ahead to get my items. I try to tell him I am in a hurry to not worry about it just process my order and he got offended he accused me of been rude when first of all he didn’t even hear me , he walked off to the back to find out who place the order and then comes back and tells me that I probably just asked for the wrong thing. Customer service 101 listen to the customer and help provide a solution is not like I was asking for anything free just wanted efficient service. After I asked for his name he got even more irate and came at me when I am sitting in the front telling me That I get what I give and talking all loud to me and marking sarcastic remarks. This left a very bad taste in my mouth I been a loyal customer for long and definitely do not deserve to be treated like this. I can’t imagine what he would do when he really has a problem. Ordered a pizza on 7/30/22 online and some bread sticks. The pizza was supposed to be the 3 meat deep dish pizza. I pulled up to the drive through and gave the man my name. He read my order to me and it was correct. Get home and the ladle on the pizza was right but they gave the wrong pizza. I set it down and kids grabbed a slice. As I looked at the pizza it was just a pepperoni and not what we ordered. Called in and they guy said since the kid ate a slice of pizza he can't give us the correct one. I can't believe this. We're they going to handout the pepperoni pizza to someone else if I brought it in?. You can't resale the wrong pizza we opened already they have throw it away. I stated that why can't we get a refund for the difference or just make us the right pizza. Customer service here is a joke. They gave us the wrong pizza and it's are fault the kids grabbed a peace and ate it. We will not be going here anymore. I believe in Customer service and making things right when they messed up. Rude...

Honestly this had to be one of the best Little Caesar experiences I have EVER had. I was craving a pizza around 9 pm and had just seen their 9.49 Hot and Fresh ready Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It was a sign and that was the moment I knew I need that pizza.

Arriving there were no customers except but one. The establishment was clean, smelt wonderful, and everyone was doing a task. I was greeted immediately by a fellow (I unfortunately cannot remember his name) but he announced to me that the pizza was literally minutes out of the oven and I was honestly surprised! I said awesome and with that brief exchange I had received my pizza.

Arriving home, the aroma was strong of garlic and Parmesan. Well this pizza did not disappoint. (Sorry for the dark picture) but this pizza was cooked correctly. It had LOTS of cheese and the perfect pig out meal for my day off. Thank y’all to the Little Caesar’s crew for making me...
