We came to KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was such a fun experience! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is lively, colorful, and welcoming — with neon signs, creative dĂ©cor, and even adorable “emotional support dumpling” bears that add a playful touch. The restaurant offers the best of both worlds — Korean BBQ and Hot Pot — so you can grill your own meats right at the table or enjoy a flavorful broth loaded with fresh ingredients. The variety of options is impressive, and everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. A special shoutout to our waitress, Karla G. She was amazing — super friendly and attentive. She even suggested a sauce for us, went above and beyond to make it herself, brought it right to our table, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her service made the night feel extra special. It was also such a thoughtful touch that KPOT gave us complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. đŸŸđŸ„‚ That really made the night feel even more festive and personal. The bar area is modern and inviting, with plenty of drink options to pair with your meal. Staff overall was welcoming and helpful. KPOT is a great spot whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to enjoy good food with friends and family. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was pretty good. Not really worth the price or hype in my opinion but everything was made right and it wasn’t bad. We went in for a birthday and the waitress asked if we wanted them to bring out the character and sing, to which we said yes! When we were finishing up our food an hour later, I asked about that and she just said “yeah
. They’re all too busy to do that now” the restaurant was pretty much empty after lunch rush at this point and they had sang to several others during the peak lunch rush so I’m not sure why we didn’t receive the same treatment as everyone else. The waitress also had to be asked multiple times for simple requests like ice, extra plates etc. The birthday thing was a big disappointment to my son who was looking over his shoulder throughout the entire meal waiting for them to come. It was pretty clear to all of us that they were just copping out of doing it. Really really lame. This place is too expensive to be copping out of ANY part of the whole experience. Why offer it to us in the first place?

I had such a great experience at this Korean BBQ spot! The staff was welcoming and quick to explain the menu, which made it easy to order even with so many options. The quality of the meat was excellent as we selected Ribeye and short ribs. If you are unfamiliar with creating your own sauce from the variety of seasonings, your waitress can help create one for you. There were so many options of vegetables, meats and spices too. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, making it fun whether you’re with family, friends, or on a date. Service was attentive without being overbearing—they kept our grill clean and made sure we never ran out of sides. Rice was our waitress and she was amazing . Yes, her name is Rice. Overall, it was a delicious and memorable experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

My recent visit to this Korean BBQ restaurant was nothing short of spectacular, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The decor, blending modern elegance with traditional Korean elements, created a warm and inviting ambiance. The tantalizing aroma of sizzling meats wafted through the air, instantly whetting our appetites. It was clear we were in for a treat, and the evening only got better from there. Our server, Kevin, was an absolute standout. His warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. Kevin took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. His knowledge of the dishes, from the cuts of meat to the accompanying banchan, was impressive and added a personal touch to the meal. He checked in just the right amount, ensuring our needs were met without ever feeling intrusive. Kevin’s exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience. The food itself was a revelation. The quality of the meats was outstanding—each cut, from the tender bulgogi to the perfectly marbled galbi, was fresh and expertly prepared. Grilling at the table added an interactive element that made the meal even more enjoyable. The banchan, those delightful small side dishes, were a highlight in their own right, with each one bursting with distinct flavors. The kimchi was perfectly tangy, and the japchae had just the right balance of savory and sweet. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s skill and dedication. The menu’s variety was another reason this restaurant shines. Beyond the classic BBQ offerings, there were plenty of options for non-meat eaters in our group, including a flavorful tofu bibimbap that received rave reviews. The seafood pancake was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with fresh ingredients. Pairing the meal with a refreshing glass of soju recommended by Kevin was the perfect touch. The portions were generous, ensuring everyone left satisfied without feeling rushed. The attention to detail extended beyond the food and service. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, with tables well-spaced for comfort and privacy. The grills were meticulously maintained, and the ventilation system kept the air clear, so we could focus on enjoying our meal without distraction. Even the presentation of the dishes was impeccable, with vibrant colors and thoughtful plating that made every course visually appealing. It’s clear this place takes pride in every aspect of the dining experience. In summary, this Korean BBQ restaurant is a gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. Kevin’s outstanding service, the exceptional quality of the food, and the inviting atmosphere made for a night to remember. Whether you’re a Korean BBQ enthusiast or a first-timer, this place delivers on every level. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I’ll be sure to ask for Kevin again. If you’re craving an authentic, flavorful, and memorable dining experience, this restaurant is an...

Inept staff. I'm usually very forgiving to staff but this was just infuriating. We love the kpot on the other side of town so we thought we would try this spot out since it is closer. We are a party of two, go to the front check in and the hostess says we need to check in on the ipad at the front to join the wait-list and it'll be 5-10 min. We check in on the iPad and have a seat. 20 minutes and we've seen several parties that came in after us get called. After about 5 parties we decide to ask. The hostess tells us we may have checked in at the iPad but never told them we were there. I told her that we talked to her first but then she says we didn't tell her the whole party is here. I was like he has been standing next to me the entire time. Ok, she says we are first on the list. Then she seats several more parties before us. We ask what is going on, and she said they had a reservation and that their parties had just all arrived at that moment despite us still waiting. I pointed out that we had been there well over 30 minutes and that by their error we are still waiting. As I'm talking to her they sit another party. They call a manager but she also tries to say it is our fault but they will seat us now. Another girl comes and jumps into the conversation and starts the same conversation about how it's our fault for not telling them we are here. They apologized but kept saying it was us not them. It wouldn't even be an issue but they couldn't even acknowledge what we were telling them or that they were wrong, and how they couldn't even see how rude they were being. They were dismissive with poor customer service. At that point we were too upset and just walked out. It was such a a horrible experience I can't say I'll be back to this location anytime soon.

EDIT 9/27/2025: The restaurant initially responded to this review and asked me to email them about the incident. I sent the email expanding on the issue and they haven't responded and then deleted their response to...

We went to this Kpot location yesterday for lunch and had an incredible time. Our server, Flora, was fantastic! We have been to several Korean bbq places in the past and even the other location but this experience was far beyond any we have had at other establishments. At first, we were only going to be doing the BBQ but Flora convinced us to do both. She described both features so well, we couldnt resist.

She asked if it was our first time and we let her know we had been to the other location once but only had done the bbq part. She walked us through the menu and suggested her favorites, some of which we hadn't tried before but on her recommendation, we did, and absolute loved it! We're creatures of habit and tend to order the same thing but her descriptions and salesmanship got us out of our comfort zone.

What I thought was just going to be a fun leisurely lunch with my husband turned into a 5 star experience thanks to our server. She even brought us out a sauce she made and it was incredible, we dipped everything in it! We had nice conversations with her and you can tell she's a seasoned professional. She has great knowledge about food, sake, and wine, and taught us a lot in our 2 hour window. I will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work and hats off to Flora for being a breath of fresh air in an industry that seems to lack professionalism and passion for what they do. She clearly enjoys people and ensuring they not only have good service and food, but also a...
