I had a Terrible customer service experience, especially for online orders. Every time I come to this location, it's an issue. I called before my online pick to see if my item was ready, and the lady tells me It is. I head over to at home, waiting in line at the customer service counter. First, they can't find my order; then they searched by name; finally my Item was located and later wheeled out to me. I look at it, and it is not what I ordered. Then I asked the associate to look and the picture online and did the product look the same color to her? she said no? ( my item came it many different colors) She said if you don't take this, we will have to cancel the order, which is fine because that is not what I ordered. She said the SKU numbers match. I continue to shop in the store to purchase other items. I overhear the associate telling the manager ( I think her name is Monica) everything. Then the manager walks up to me. Is everything okay? I said no, I made an online order, and so on... I said I've been In this store for almost an hr I'm ready to go, granted I was shopping before I picked up my online order... Then there was a line... Then they could not find my order etc. The first thing the manager says to me is, “ you weren't in this store for an hr I've been at the door, but what can I help you with?” I was livid...livid. I just looked at her like she says crazy and told her I didn't need her help de-escalate the situation then she says no I can help you I said no I'm good. Long story short, I purchased the other items ( which honestly I would have left the cart right there and walked out). I told the lady at the register who checked me out About the situation. She said yeah, she's been on one all day all the time, and apologized. She told me who the head guy is at the store (I think mike ), and to call on Sunday...
Read moreFirst time ever visiting this establishment and left feeling insulted, stereotyped and mostly despair for the state of humanity overall. It's such a shame to go into a retail store and instead of the employees and managers trying to be of assistance to the customers, they seemingly go out of their way to be disrespectful and condescending to anyone who doesn't fit their idea of normal. My fiancée and myself were doing some Christmas shopping this evening and while checking out at the cash register, a female manager who was working the checkout stopped cold and pulled out her phone to thumb out a text message. After a minute of typing I asked her if she didn't mind, if she could perhaps finish texting later and complete our transaction. She told me that it was her supervisor. I suppose that made her angry because immediately thereafter she said to us that she's seen my fiancée in their store returning stolen merchandise in the past. Just out of nowhere flat accuses her of being a thief! And the way this woman said it, just as if it were 100% factual information. So because we are young people with a few tattoos I have to accept false accusations from people? My lady has never had so much as a traffic violation. What she does have, however, is PTSD which lead to agoraphobia, which is a fear of public places. I've been trying for almost a year to get her to accompany me shopping, or out to eat, or to a movie. She finally agreed, after my reassurances that the world isn't a horrible place and that everything would be fine. How inaccurate I was though, because by the time we left, she was nearly in tears and promising to never leave...
Read moreWorse customer service I have EVER experienced. My friend and I went to check the store out, my friend found a desk she really liked but they only had the display left. This sweet guy helped us out and said that she could possibly get a discount on it since it was a display and had some scratches. However, when the manager was called up to the register to verify if she could get a discount she was extremely rude. Destiny, the managers name, didn't even let my friend finish her sentence before she said no. Which was fine that she wouldn't discount it then when my friend asked if it could be wrapped she held on to the wrapping paper while the cashier then looked at her and asked her to wrap it and she said " oh u want me to do that ?!" So my friend just said thanks and did it herself.... The manager didn't have a sense of how customer service works or was at least one bit polite to us. I don't know if she hates her job or what but we were very polite the entire time.
Will NOT go back for...
