Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Livermore

We came on Halloween and there was only 1 person working. He was working very hard and was polite. When I paid using tap to pay, I added a tip, then asked the worker if he receives the tip. He said they do not receive the electronic tips. What? Why even have the tip on the tap to pay or card pay if the tip doesn’t go to the employee helping the customer?

The ice cream was as BR always is. One tip I could give the store for efficiency though, maybe put the CookiesNCream ice cream closer to the toppings so that the employee doesn’t have to keep walking back and forth the length of the freezers 3 times just to make the Oreo sundae as I’m sure that flavor is requested quite often for that sundae.

As for atmosphere, it wasn’t very clean and as it was the end of the day, that could have been why. But there was also what appeared to be a homeless man that came in and out a couple times and just sat at a table. He reeked of cigarette smoke and the smell was so overpowering that I lost my appetite and ended not...

I was visiting there tonight and this place has gone down since the past few months. It’s gotten so bad that now it’s just embarrassing that no one cares to clean. It smells bad there’s stickiness stains all over the place on the floor. The ice cream tub don’t look clean looks like no one cares to wipe down the glass or counters tables. For a place that sells food and consumable product, these conditions which recently seem to be consistent is highly disgusting and I won’t be coming...

Well, went in last night for ice cream cones. The gal handed me my cone and the scoop was smaller than a golf ball. The owner sat right there doing paperwork at a table during my exchange with the employee over the size of the scoop that you pay almost $4 for. He did nothing until I went to walk out the door and showed him and told him he lost a customer over it. To top it off the cone was stale, Geez. GO...
