Paid about $10 plus tip for a smoothie after learning they were out of fresh oranges. While waiting, I asked for the restroom key since the door says it’s for customer use and ask member for the key. The staff said there’s no key, so I waited, only to find the door locked. When I asked again, they told me the restroom is for employees only. I told them if this is the case, the sign should be removed, and when I took a photo of the sign, the employee reacted and repeated as this is only for employees. Poor communication, no restroom access despite the sign, and limited menu options even though the cost is high made this a disappointing visit.

Love Jamba Juice. Pretty loud (for obvious reasons), but not busy. Only had around four people inside. Food and presentation is perfect. The to go containers are reliable and easy to use. Indoor seating is closed due to covid, but there are tables outside. If you really need to sit, you can also go down to one of the many establishments nearby. There’s a picnic table just around the corner behind togos that overlooks the street. Pretty loud, but isolated from most customers. There are also Bike racks nearby.

I feel really bad about writing this because the girls are really nice! Sadly I don’t think that one of them is getting trained really well. I went in and ordered a chocolate mood and a white gummy bear. I waited forever in an empty shop it wasn’t even busy. The girl that started making my drinks did not know what she was doing. She started making a penut butter moo and I corrected her and said it was a chocolate mood. She still made the chocolate mood wrong and added soy milk and bananas in it which I know for a fact is not right. I also asked for strawberries in my drink which I saw she did not put in so I told her. Then she tried to poor my drink chunky and it was a total disaster. I feel really bad and I know it can be tough but man someone’s gotta train better or help if they see a team member struggling like that. Took over 15 mins to get my drinks in an...

That was the WORST experience I've ever had at a jamba juice. If I could give less a review I would. The employees were rude and running around like crazy people. There was me and one other person in line. To say they weren't busy is an understatement. I tried to utilize my BOGO card, they charged me for all of it and said oh systems down cant help you. Ok well refund it. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for something I shouldn't have been charged for. The service was poor. As I was waiting for something I asked the employee and she said yeah I know I'm getting it. It seems as though you should run some immediate drug test as well. It's a shame I was excited to indulge...

Walked in and ask if it was okay to place an order or should I go outside and place a mobile order. There were two ladies working, one did not respond and the other looked at me and reluctantly motioned for me to come to register. I placed my order and waited outside. Once my drink was finished she motioned for me to come in - when I went in and got my drink she quickly turned away and did not respond when I Thanked her. The other location in Livermore is always professional and friendly.
