Me and my wife recently dined at this ramen restaurant and I have to say, it's easily one of the best I've ever been to. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their signature dish, it's absolutely delicious!
In addition to the high-quality ingredients and excellent preparation, the restaurant also offered a wide variety of options on their menu. Whether you're in the mood for a classic tonkotsu ramen, or something a little more unique like a miso or spicy ramen, they have something to suit every taste. The menu also included a selection of sides and appetizers, like gyoza and edamame, which were the perfect complement to the main dish.
The restaurant's decor was also noteworthy, with a modern and stylish design that added to the overall ambiance. The seating was comfortable and the restaurant had a nice flow, making it a great spot for both solo diners and groups.
One of the best parts of the experience was the attentive service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and they were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions. They also paid close attention to the tables, refilling drinks and checking in on diners to ensure everyone was satisfied.
Overall, this ramen restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic ramen experience. If you are a ramen lover, this...
Read moreWe were initially hesitant to visit this restaurant while we were at the Premium Outlets for shopping, but we decided to give it a try. The ambience was pleasant and well-maintained. As for the food, we ordered the chicken rice, which consisted of rice, chicken, and broccoli with teriyaki sauce. It was decent, nothing extraordinary. We also tried the Chicken Ramen, Seafood Ramen, and Vegetable Ramen. Unfortunately, they all tasted quite average, lacking any distinct flavors. The only difference seemed to be the choice of meat or toppings. While the portions were generous, the taste of the ramen soup did not meet our expectations compared to dedicated ramen restaurants. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 PM and received our order by 8:50 PM. However, despite the closing time being 9 PM, at 9.10pm we felt rushed as the staff began cleaning up, putting chairs away, and dimming the lights, creating an unpleasant experience. In this situation, it would have been better if they simply stopped allowing dine-in after a certain time and focused on take-out orders instead. Overall, the ramens here are expensive for the taste....
Read moreRamen 101 has multiple locations in the Bay area. This location has about ten tables in a well designed layout. I ordered a bowl of black garlic with extra chashu and extra spicy. I filled a fountain soda and my bowl was on table with my drink before I could finish washing my hands. The broth was balanced. The best part was an entire perfectly cooked egg sliced in half. Each half showed a jelly orange yolk. The egg was also balanced in flavor and allowed the creamy yolk to stay prominent. I recommend this location for a filling and quick bowl of...
