I was at The Burger King this afternoon ,in the drive through . I stated my order over the speaker. A Hispanic woman's voice says can you repeat your order . SO I REPEATED MY ORDER , BUT SHE STILL COULD NOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT I repeated my order about four or five times, to the Hispanic women . Then she Said "Can you hear me?) I said, Yes! Then I ask if she could hear me? Funny I got an answer ( No?) So I pulled to the window where I was ignored for about ten or fifteen minutes . While the cashier turned her back on me waiting in my car at the window. Suddenly the window slams open, and the Hispanic woman raises her voice at me....telling me I will have to go back around and reorder . I ask why ? I ask for a manager , to.my shock it was her? She then said, you will have to go back around and reorder.I then said again why?She raised her voice and Said, you could not give me your order?? I then said, Yes! Mam I gave it to you about six times.I ask her for a complaint phone number or corporate address to the corporate office . She printed a piece of receipt out and cast it out the window. Just lucky I caught it, out my window. This Manger is very rude and un professional she acts like she couldn't understand English. I pulled around and took my family inside the Burger King, then I realized that other.people in the dinning area ,were complaining about issues with this manager and their orders. After re ordering our order to the cashier , the Manger called the cashier over to her standing near the window. The manager spoke to her I. Spanish or Hispanic language, then they began to.laught. While we're waiting for the ticket and receipt, the young Hispanic cashier said , I can't print you.out a receipt because this is broken, then she said we couldn't have slashes, that the machine was broken. But as I sat in the dinning area, I noticed that people that were ordering they were getting receipts and that they were getting slashes. I find this to be customer harassment and discrimination. Because, I witnessed the older white people were the ones having problems with this manager and with their orders. While several Hispanics were able to order get treated with respect and were not being ignored or dis respected by this manager and her staff. I filed a complaint this time, with there corporate office because this has happened to me several ti.ed now. I willnot be going back to this Burger Ki g location any more. I use to Love Burger King but now it's turned Into a very Un appreciative, disrespectful place with honorable food. After all of this our food was horrible and they didn't give us ourFrench fries, the order was cold. We paid, forty-five dollars for disrespectful arrogant, rude Manger and staff, with no receipts. This is about the sixth time, I went received this treatment at Burger King in Livingston Texas. One person was in front of me and I sat behind them for about 5-6 minutes which didnāt phase me at the time. I pull up to the window and no one approaches me for close to ten minutes. Already forgotten about the 20 minutes of my life Iāll never get back from BKā¦and then I take a bite of the burger. Iām not a picky eater by any means, Iāll eat food if itās not the best with no problem. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever tried. It tasted like wrapper it came in, burnt yet mushy which is kind of impressive if it wasnāt horrible.
