Looking for a new phone service provider after today's experience. I was refused service for not wearing a mask even though I disclosed my private health information to the woman working, letting her know that wearing a mask in this heat exacerbates my asthma and causes me to have asthma attacks. I had my inhaler in my truck with me. I wore masks prior to summer heat hitting, it's just too much for me now. I have been on treatment for my asthma since age six. I was already short of breath and taking my Albuterol due to the overwhelming heat today. She wouldn't take payment from me and instead my 12 yo sister in law had to handle the transaction for me since she is able to wear a mask without complications. I understand that this business has to comply with state mandate and ask customers to comply, but they are not required to refuse service. It is so wrong to refuse service to a paying customer who has a diagnosed breathing disorder and who never tried to encroach on the worker's personal space. There was plenty of room to handle the transaction while social distancing, plus there is a barrier and the employee had a mask. If I could have afforded to go change service today you would've lost our business today. There was no need to make me feel humiliated for a condition of my health that is beyond my control. This was the first time I've gone to pay my bill and this store actually been open for business during posted business hours. Usually there's the be back soon sign hung on the door....

They could not transfer my data from my Galaxy to a Motorola Rxr I paid nearly 1k for after two weeks of trying and spending my time meeting with them to get it done so i decided to return it to which the manager specifically said unless something is wrong with the phone which is 100% NOT the case. I escalated the complaint to Boost and now I am stuck with a phone I paid almost $1000 for I can't even use without switching back and forth between phones. The manager there is dishonest and even acts as if you're wasting his time when he has to do anything "extra". Unfortunately I will never go there again because there is a decent and good employee there who is very helpful and will go out of hos way to do what he can to help you out but one...
Read moreMy husband an I went into boost Nov 16, to get one of our phones a upgrade on our account, which we have three lines, the gentleman, checks on a phone for us , celero 5g, perceives to tell us he has a new one on hand , had him program it an off we went , got home an the phone was not working hardly at all had someone else's information on it, and all their other stuff on their, immediately went back to store told him my problem , his effort to fix it was not a success so we decided to leave it with him an see if he can figure it out. Long story short I went in next day an it was a used phone said he would leave right then and go to porter an get one, its the day after thanksgi an have not heard from no one, we have been with boost a long time an I'm a nurse an need a phone, very disappointed 😞, i even left money to hold.
