We used to go here once a week. It was one of my boys meals that they picked. For the past few months it's been so crowded and after waiting for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes and the line not moving I've left. Well today I decided to place an order in the app and then maybe we wouldn't have to wait as long when we picked it up. Well I won't be making that mistake again. You give your phone number when you place the order in case there are any issues that they can call you. Explain to me why no one called to let me know there was no marinara sauce cuz I would not have ordered cheesy bread without it. I was not told that they didn't have any dipping sauces even though I bought $6 worth. And the Supreme Pizza had pepperoni and onions and like a handful of mushrooms Maybe. Yeah some people are going to call me a karen, but I order supreme pizza because of all the toppings. I don't know they were out of so many things I would not have ordered what I did. I'm aggravated because we live 15 miles from town and no one even called to tell me that I was not going to get what I ordered. I mean I guess I should have known better considering last time I was waiting in there there were four people around the back part of the kitchen area laughing and talking while a number of customers were waiting to place orders. After about 10 minutes me and a few customers just walk out. I mean this place used to be so fast and so good and now is just ridiculous. And yes I'm going to complain because I happen to be one of those people that we get take out or fast food maybe twice a month if that. And it cost an arm and a leg for 10 people. So yeah I do expect to get what I order and the way it's...
Read moreMy toddler son loves Little Caesars pizza. We drove over 40 miles to get Little Caesars pizza for our son tonight. I ordered four EMB pizzas and they said I would have to wait a few minutes. No problem. I sat for over 20 minutes and watched them give 2 EMBs to two customers that walked in at least 5 minutes behind me, and they made me wait for them to recook the rest of my order. I asked for my money back. The manager, Kaitlyn, only said "I'm sorry you had a problem. The lady in the back is new. Please excuse her." But offered no compromise. The woman in the back making pizzas had nothing to do with this. The cashier put the two EMBs in the warmer, and dolled them out to the customers that came in after me. The cashier, Gabriel, was completely unapologetic when confronted. This isn't the first time I have had problems with these guys.
Several months ago, I called in an order for pickup. They estimated it would take 30 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes. They hadn't even started cooking my order until after I had arrived and waited for 15 minutes in line and it took another 30 to receive my order. On a separate occasion they threw out my order (a large one... on the order of 6 pizzas) when I showed up in 50 minutes instead of 45. On yet another occasion, I received an undercooked, doughy pizza that I didn't discover until we got home.
If you have any self respect at all, stay away from this Little Caesars in Livingston, Texas. They are incompetent, disorganized, apathetic and rude. Not to mention, they didn't even wear gloves when handling the food. These people don't give a damn about their customers and their service is shoddy. Save yourself the headache and go...
Read moreI just left the Little Ceasars in livingston with the worst experience of my life. I ordered 2 pizzas and entered my card. The young man who took my order said the screen went blank and asked the Manager Shamika,Tamica, Tina,or Tiffany (she gave 3 or 4 names) and she said the computer was not logged unto. I told her that it ran my card. She said no it didn't and told me to move to the other register. I told it already accepted my card and she said no it couldn't because it was not logged I to and then checked, but it was logged into. I told her I was checking my bank statement and she got mad and started yelling at me. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she then told me to leave and have a nice day. I started to leave and then decided to ask for a refund and then she tells me there's no reciept and she couldn't give me a refund. I showed her my bank statement showing the transaction and she refused and told me she was calling the cops. My son (a police officer)showed up and questioned her and she yelled at him and still refused to give me a refund. I cannot believe this is who is representing this company. I buy the pizza for my Grand kids, because they love their pizza. If this is what I have as an option, I will buy from Pizza Hut from now on. Left without pizza or a refund. I will be contacting corporate and filling a complaint and TRY...
