My husband has preferred this subway over any other for many years. We ordered curbside pickup for the first time this evening for dinner, and when we got home we realized mine was missing the mayo, tomatoes, and cheese and my husband was missing his avocado and turkey. I added cheese and tomatoes that I had at our house so it was an easy fix. But I called Subway to see what they could do for my husbands sandwich. Autumn answered and was very kind. She explained that they were training some new employees and that if we were close she would be able to fix his sandwich or make a note that we could receive a free sandwich when we came back. Thankfully we lived close and I ran back. Autumn personally made my husband a new sandwich. I could tell she was trying to train the other girls and had a couple families she was trying to take care of as well. She has great customer service and deserves a raise! Seriously appreciate her!
I personally thought it was hilarious and couldnāt stop laughing so we will definitely be back. But wanted to give a review and say that we appreciated Autumn and how she handled the situation along with everything...

There was generally just malpractice in the whole process so it could have been anything, those are just the things we all had in common on our subs. The employees at this location are generally quite rude and the ingredients often taste like they are about to expire.
After all of the bad experiences I, and others I know, have had at this place, getting absolutely awful food poisoning was the nail in the coffin. My little brother literally threw up over 20 times total, and couldn't eat again until yesterday. (Yes we are 100% sure it was from subway, and we have ruled out any other possibilities)
I have lived here for almost 7 years and this subway has always been awful compared to the one on the other side of town. Just go there instead, this place is not worth the...

I've been going to this shop on and off for a couple of years, stopping for months at a time because I or my wife get the occasional desire to get a quick footlong or salad, and am usually disappointed by either the half service I get or the amount of post purchase work I have to put into our food. Entire 6" strips of bacon or once cut peppers would be fine in a foot long if they came that way normally, but certainly not mixed into the middle of a salad. I have to dig through carefully to not spill any of the salad so I can find these and cut them into more manageable pieces. Footlongs I buy are only half cut and even when I tell them to finish they usually just look at me and wrap it up anyway telling me it's been cut.
