WONT BE BACK. I love PB Sandwiches and have rarely been able to satisfy the craving since the Billings location closed. However after getting not the wrong sandwich but the vegetables I asked the add were for dinner reason served in s container on the side. Upon returning to ask for the proper sandwich they stated that I was served the sandwich I ordered. Which was incorrect, a few moments later I was handed a new sandwich with what i can only state was udder distain zero eye contact and a very harsh “here.” This sandwich while the correct type was soggy as though dipped in water and physically dripping with mayo when i specifically asked for mayo. It’s sad to see that a Montana Icon has fallen so far.. perhaps someday soon the franchisee and corporate will focus more on quality and consumer relations and I will give it one more shot. Until then I’ll find another sandwich shop with employees that care.

When you see the other reviews of the sandwiches being big they're not kidding. The nice girl at the counter tried to tell me. I should have listened. I ordered the whole Dragon Slayer(great name). It was 16 inches. Basically 4 sandwiches. I had 2 that day. Great service. Park on the street next door. I'd go back if I didn't live so far away :(

We had the Ken's Special on wheat. Delicious! It was a huge sandwich. I'm glad my husband and I split it. Cost for half a sun and a soda was only $10. Service was very quick.

Placed an order for one half of a sandwich. Kid taking orders up front put in one sandwich order ahead of mine. I went and sat down so I could watch the written order progress. Five more orders placed after mine. They all got their orders ahead of mine even tho I was there 10-15 minutes before any of them. At one time there were six slips in the board. Mine kept getting put in the back. I was asked by someone that just happened to not be hanging out and chatting with their friends in the back what I ordered. After 25 minutes I went up to the kid up front asked for my money back as I had to leave. I was told they would make my meal then. Repeated attempts to get a refund went unanswered. A quick thrown together sandwich was all I got in return. I should have taken my cash tip back out of the tip jar. WARNING: DO NOT TIP THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL YOU...

The definition of a restaurant that stopped trying a long time ago.

Pros Food is ok. Definitely more of a quantity over quality place, but quantity is a quality of its own. Prices are fair enough, I guess.

Cons Service is terrible. TERRIBLE. You're gonna wait 15 minutes MINIMUM for your food, and you're gonna stand there and watch the 3-5 high schoolers running the place stand around and avoid eye contact while you do it. Don't go there on your lunch break, or if you have other things to do within the hour.

Hours are terrible. 7AM - 2PM M-Sa for a restaurant on Main St is a joke.

The number of times I've seen folks back there without hairnets on is gross and off-putting.

If this restaurant was anywhere other than where it is, it wouldn't last six months. It's in Livingston though, so mediocre sandwiches served by wildly unconcerned high schoolers is...
