Wendy's — Restaurant in Livingston

I have been to this Wendy's more than 2 dozen times and have NEVER had food handed to me through the drive thru window. Not 1 time. On almost EVERY occasion there was absolutely no one behind me in the drive-thru lane, and they told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out. The last time, I just stayed parked at the window because no one was behind me, and the nice young lady asked me to pull to the front. I told her no one was behind me. She nicely asked for me to pull to the front, again. Times are changing, I guess. Back in the good old days, we used to get our drive-thru orders from the drive-thru window. Now, we are getting our drive thru orders delivered to us on the other side of the building. Not sure why that bothers me so muc, but it does. The food is decent, but I won't be back. We have travelled over 1200 miles in the past week and were on the last 200 miles of our trip back home, exhausted - we pulled up to this Wendy’s expecting the same service we had received throughout our trip - but to our surprise the young man at the window, Christopher was refreshingly nice, professional but with a huge smile he greeted us and took the extra step to ask how our day was going and really showed interest that he meant the question! I always visit Wendy’s once a week for their lemonade because it’s really good on this particular day. I went and ordered a large lemonade. I didn’t check my drink like I usually do but I should have when I got home I found a black bug stuck on the inside of my cup. I called just to notify them that might have more black bugs in it and that they needed to fix it. The manager ignored my calls and pushed me off I even called the corporate office to file a complaint about the black bug that was in my drink. It has been two weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone.
