This used to be my #1 favorite restaurant of all time until recently. We have ordered carry out 3 times during the pandemic and all three times we were given the wrong order or missing items. Not to mention what a hot mess their carryout procedure has become. How do you eat almond boneless chicken or egg foo young without gravy? They once sent us shrimp instead of chicken which my mother is highly allergic to. When we called to inform them that they sent the wrong order, there was no apology. They actually got rude with us as if it were our fault. The third time, I tried explaining that we were missing gravy, a combination dinner they gave us was wrong, and we were missing soup. Plus we paid more for someone else’s order! I said that we had been going there for 30+ years and we had poor service the last 3 times for carry out. She responded oh well and that they were busy. I guess If they don’t care about loyal customers then they don’t need my business....

Yesterday, I had ordered my kids and I some sweet and sour chicken. I ate less than half my order, my 18 month old ate 3-4 pieces of chicken and my 9 year old only ate his rice (thank goodness). Less than 3 hours later, I started to vomit. Now, it’s 3:30am; I’ve been running back and forth to the bathroom, vomiting nonstop/diarrhea. My 18 month old woke up and started to vomit. The only non-sick person is my 9 year old who didn’t eat any of his chicken. I’m in so much pain. I can never go back here again. Please stay clear, you have been warned! Read moreI have recently moved to the area and am trying to find my new favorite chinese restaurant. I saw good reviews and was excited to try the food. Unfortunately, due to a poor customer service experience today I won't even get to try it. I entered to order to find someone waiting inside to get their food. Stood there for ten minutes as several others walked inside and set off the doorbell. After I realized there were 2 employees sitting down hearing the bell ring, seeing orders sit in a table and wait; possibly for the people waiting with me, I left. I understand workers on a lunch break but after 10 minutes no one even said anything to address the 5 plus people who entered. No one alerted any other staff.
