My mother in laws order was was delivered and was wrong. When she called she let them know that the order had been messed up and then and asked if when they remade it if they could leave half of the pepperonis off cuz I was sitting right there with her on the phone. They asked for the pizza back so I insisted on bringing it back myself. We took the pizza back. They opened it, closed it and put it in the warmer where the carryout orders go. They tried to compensate by offering us a drink and a free salad which was nice. However, when we got the new pizza they they put half bell pepper on it and the pizza was still covered in pepperoni and then insisted that she asked for only have bell pepper even after my wife explained to them right there in the store that it was half pepperoni correct? And they confirmed. Needless to say, service was terrible and I've never seen the pizza place. Take a opened eaten off of pizza and put it in the carry-out warming area. I’ve been going for 2 years and I’ve had no complaints! Staff is quick to serve and to correct and possible issues that might arise.

The food itself is great, but I will say for their deep dishes, I recommend you try them at a regular bake first, and if you think it’s too crunchy, ask for a light bake next time! (If you don’t want to drop the money on entire pizzas to test that, try their slices and slice combos!)

From one of the managers, I heard they run a tight ship and aim to please with no room for failure, and I am here to say they deliver every time!

I order from this location often. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was an online "contactless delivery". The email told me it would be ready at 4:15 & that I needed my own pen to sign the credit card slip (totally understandable), i tipped the driver on the card.

I called around 3:50 to try and add a side and they said it had already been out for delivery. The pizza was sitting on my porch, the delivery driver didnt knock, email, text or call to let me know they had delivered the pizza.

I understand not making contact during a delivery, but they didnt even knock to let me know they had delivered the pizza nor did they provide me with a credit card slip to sign. My pizza was cold, I had to reheat it in myself.

I'll be using a different jets location...
