This location needs better management. The way the staff talks to one another or even to their customers is not appropriate. After missing 3 out of 4 of my meals today that I ordered through a delivery app and having the order canceled on me already once due to the driver backing out, I drove up to the store to have the order fixed and asked for all fresh food. Had I not retained my calm demeanor, the worker, being that she was already defensive, wouldn't have replaced my food. I understand lunch time is busy, but 35 dollars in food is a lot to spend at their establishment, and rather than waste more time debating if they should have to replace my fries and nuggets after my hour wait, they should've solved the situation and moved on rather than holding up the drive thru lane and having the entire operation at almost a complete standstill for almost 10 minutes including all the customers piling in the drive through. The bottlenecks causing the failure to serve customers their orders properly have resulted in the disruption to the speed of their flow of business and are clearly noticeable upon even the slightest issue that comes of an order. With positive attitudes and friendly behavior towards not just the customers, but your own staff, will create an environment that breeds better standards and business and ultimately lead to better sales. This weekday lunch management team needs training and better direction. The food quality was great when I finally received the correct order and it was made fresh. So, if its not the food thats bad, that means we have a staff problem. If we have a staff problem, management isn't handling it well. Pick up the pace, and remember that we can hear your smiles, even through your masks. Your customers with issues deserve attention without attitude and already need you to make their problem better, so do your best to make sure...

Wish I could leave 0 stars. It's the second night in a row we've been working doordash, got an order for this location and weren't able to fulfill the order. Last night we sat at the speaker (no other cars in line at all) for almost 5 minutes with no one responding to us, went to the window, tapped on the window, then honked the horn.. the guy came stumbling over to the window like he had just woken up. He immediately had an attitude stating he didn't have any doordash orders before we could even tell him what we were there for. He proceeded to shut the window while we were talking and walked away so we had to cancel the order. Tonight when we went (wanting to give the location a second chance), it started off the same.. no other cars were there, we sat at the speaker for a few minutes before saying "hello" waited another minutes and said it again.. they finally say "we're closed" and proceeded to ignore us. They have a sign in their window stating the drive thru and lobby are open 24 hours - they need to take that down, change their Google hours, stop accepting doordash orders when they can't fulfill them, and have a training course with their employees on customer...

Went here for a breakfast combo (McGriddle, hashbrown, and OJ). Pulled up to first window as stated at drive thru. Waited for ~1 minute until a young girl started waving/yelling at the second window if I was "blind". Yes, I'm blind. That's why I'm driving.
I didn't see her again, but I paid for my breakfast combo, checked my bag , and was shorted my hash brown. Waited at the empty window, and it finally arrived after a minute wait with zero questions/interaction. Just a blind handoff.
Now I only need my OJ. I start yelling at the empty window so someone can hear me. Finally, a new person arrives at the window, but her only reaction was, "What?!". Rudely.
I told her I still needed my OJ. She said that only comes with a combo meal. I show her my receipt, which is promptly taken out of my hand, and am informed, "hold on."
Another blind handoff for my OJ, but before it was given to me, I saw it poured, then taken to the back out of eye shot. About 30 seconds later is when I was given it. I couldn't even begin to imagine what was done to the straw/lid/contents.
I am absolutely disgusted with the personnel and appearance of this restaurant. Just from the drive-thru window, the view should have alerted me to the trash this...
