Two experiences here. Both bad. First visit, I was sent in to pick up food girlfriend phoned in. Full disclosure: Girlfriend had mistakenly ordered from rival Primo's location a few miles away. So I walk in the wrong Primo's and tell blonde, pigtailed staffer I'm there for pickup. I give my name and order info and, of course, my food's not there. So, I say to staffer, "I know girlfriend called Primo's and placed an order, how can this be?" At no point did she mention the possibility that we'd ordered from their rival store (which broke away acrimoniously at some point apparently). Instead, she just kept saying, "Nope, sorry. Nothing for you here and such." I get it. You hate the other Primo's. So you decided to screw them and me and girlfriend in the process. What a lousy thing to do, honestly. Second chance visit, I came in and placed the order personally on site. Two pizza slices, an order of fried mushrooms and onion rings. I'm one of two customers in the place. Different counter girl tells me order will take a few minutes, so I ask if I've time to run out and get gas. She says sure. I go out, fill up, and grab a few other things at the Speedway before I head back. Once I return, the wait continues. And continues. Counter girl never says another word as I'm waiting there. I give it another fifteen minutes and then decide to just leave. Again, order was two slices and two deep fryer sides. 40 minutes with no food or updates was frustrating, and especially so, given my first experience with Primo's Seven Mile. I understand that Primo's has been around forever and boasts a large, loyal clientele. Good for them. It just wasn't good for me; a new guy in town with no knowledge of the bad blood between two feuding locations sharing the same name. Read moreAfter ordering Primos once-twice a week after this last order we will not be ordering from the Livonia ever again. After waiting an hour for our food we received our large order. Note: The delivery man was very nice. We dug in and realized that the pizza was rubbery, chicken was not even close to crisp, and the cheese on the bread sticks was like plastic; as if it sat the entire hour. I Facebook messaged the company, called and spoke to a manager that told me it was rush hour and would call me back, which did not happen. Called again today and "Macy" who answered the phone spoke between myself and the manager. Again told that the issue was not looked up due to lack of time and would call back. After one more phone call we were given a different manager name who was again too busy. Then an argument proceeded with the girl on the phone, "Sarah", as she proceeded to tell me that by saying our order was "wrong" and it in fact was correct means that we received what we ordered. Continuesly asking for who would be above the manager we we're just told "Mr. Primo". This was a $52.00 check that, due to the attitude of the business, is pocket change to the workers. One review or loss of business will not effect the business, but for the sanity of the next generation I would ask that you train your workers to have customer service, as clearly a fart coming their way is something they would not even know...
Read moreI WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE On New Years Day I called and ordered a fish and chicken dinner. I asked them to put the BBQ sauce and the cole slaw in a bag seperate from the dinner because we dont like our coleslaw to be warm. When the delivery arrived we asked where our bag of bbq sauce and coleslaw was and the driver said he does not have a bag for us so we assumed it was in the box with the chicken and fish. The driver left and we opened our box......NO BBQ SAUCE OR COLESLAW. We called and they said he would bring the bag to us. 15 minutes went by (we live within 3 minutes of them) and nothing.....we called back in spoke with Shannon and we were told he had other deliverys that he had to do before he got back to us. We told her our chicken was getting cold since we are waiting on our bbq sauce.....she told us they had other customers that he had to deliver to before he would be coming back to us. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to talk. Another 20 minutes went by and the driver finally showed up....our food was cold and we made the driver take the chicken back. THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED.....THE MANAGER HAS YET TO CALL...
