Taco Bell — Restaurant in Livonia

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant - by far. I ordered on the app and waited forty (40!!!!!!!!!) minutes for my food. I was waiting at the counter, checking in every ten minutes starting at the first ten to see how much longer. I was told every single time that they were training someone, thanks for my patience. At forty minutes I said I can't wait any longer, please give me my food or a refund. At this point they said "Oh you're still waiting? Can I see your order?" I showed them my screen, they tried arguing I didn't order at the correct location. I pointed out the address. They took my phone and showed it to the two workers on the make line (?) then came back and said there was no order for Samantha. I asked then where did it go? They repeated they didn't have my order. I had my app open and the order confirmation email. Clearly I had an order placed for that location. I've worked in customer service and I am very understanding. This was beyond horrible customer service. I walked out empty handed. I had ordered one burrito and one regular nacho cheese fries. They couldn't make that? Unbelievable. I will never, ever go to this Taco Bell...

First of all after pulling forward to order. It took more then 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was even there. Once i got to the window. The young lady kept walking by for more then 10 minutes. I finally knocked on the window. She opened it with a very poor attitude. Her response was were extremely busy ( I was the only one in the drive thru) it will be a few minutes and closed the window. After about another 5 minutes she returned and took my money. A couple minutes later i received the food. No have a good day or anything. Just. Losed the window in my face. I got home my son mother and Myself ate the food. Within an hour or so mu son said he didn't feel good and ran to the bathroom. Within 20-30 minutes both my mother and I were sick. My son and i well just say everything went right through us. My mother had vomiting and diarrhea. This continued all night into the morning. Definitely food poisoning this place is disgusting. Its nothing but a party place for the employees. Management isn't any better. I complained about the incident and she actually rolled her eyes at me. Then walked away speaking to another employee and laughing. Avoid this location...

●DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE ● Incident happen 18July 2018 I went to this store on my work break time to get something to eat I ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos and it took them 5minutes and when I took the first bite of the burrito there is a long hair in burrito i went to counter to that to the associate and they were like smiling and looking each other and in 1mintue they trying to give me a burrito and instead of being sorry they are smiling looking each other and I ask them who made this burrito and a lady came our from the back like I made this (rudely ) and no sorry no apology nothing so I walked out from the store and report complain on their corporate office and they were like " we are really concern when it comes to our food and I'll log your complain and somebody will give you call back within 3days and I was waiting for somebody to call and this is the 6th day 7/23/2018 nobody call me no follow nothing. It's a really bad service so I suggest please no to go this store, employees are worst their service, no cleaning in the store, tables has dirt and food and used papers and stuff worst experience worst store...
