Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Livonia

We lived in Livonia and when this place opened; we were so happy as we love Coffees and TH. During the first 6 months when the owner was there (we got to know him well) they had excellent service. Now that it is left upto the employees, it got pretty bad. The evening shift girl (blond hair) is really good.. BUTTT, the morning staff and especially the Sunday morning are RUDE with ATTITUDE. Especially the elderly lady; EXTREMELY RUDE. And dont you dare tell her she messed up the order; will get the looks. I even complained to one the younger girl (seems ok) but she can't do much. We used togo there every Sunday after church and finally stopped going there cause we got so sick of the old RUDE lady. I hope I will see the owner one day and let him on what is going there. I hate to be cause for some 1 to lose their job but hey earn your wages rightfully and do the work as expected and were hired for. If you cann't sand the pressure then quit. Dont take it on the customers who are trying to get their meals the way they want it. Ohh I forgot to mention that this place was so clean but now every table is filthy.... I cann't imagine what is in...

They have had the help wanted sign in the windows for 2 years because they discriminate. I was hired to work Wednesday nights, slow customer activity. One night I was asked my age and never received a schedule again. I worked with one other girl and she ask me my age, she told me she was 32 and finds this job hard to do sometimes, I told her I’m 68, need the income and could keep up with her, young people don’t work hard, I couldn’t stand the filthy conditions so I would clean everything I could on the down time and that wasn’t good enough, I would get $5 tips because I took 3 extra seconds to ask them how their day was going, you’re allowed 11 seconds per customer in drive thru and 15 seconds for the lobby, girls take days off at the last minute, come in very late, don’t clean up, lie to customers they’re out of food and I got fired for being slow. Visited this location at the beginning of May. I went through the drive through as it's my normal Saturday morning fun with my son to get donuts before he goes to the sitters. I had to repeat my order 3 times, then I was told that the drink I wanted they didn't have even though it's clearly listed on the menu and I've ordered it many times before. So I skipped the drink and only ordered a 10 piece Tim bits only plain and a grilled breakfast wrap with sausage. The order was 100% wrong. The Tim bits were mixed and my son was disappointed because he just wanted the plain that morning and my grilled wrap had bacon and tasted horrible! This is not the first time I've had issues at this location and will never be visiting this location again. I will go out of my way to a different location for my son and I Saturday morning...
