Valentino's Pizza — Restaurant in Livonia

Nov 1st Valentinos I met Charlie for the first time yesterday. I had pizza for the 1st time I was stranded in the parking lot a couple of buildings away buying wrapping paper. When I realized I locked my keys in my car. It was an hour until my rescuer my husband could leave work and bring keys. During that time I sat locked out hungry a tired. I saw a bench and walked over to sit and wait. That’s when I met Charlie . I told Charlie I locked my keys in my car and my hubby was on his way. I sat on the bench outside of the Pizzeria. Charlie made a personal pizza for me and offered me a soda or water. He wouldn’t let me pay him. Soon my husband came and brought the extra keys. He met Charlie and we all chatted. The pizza was awesome and the kindness was phenomenal. A Delicious pizza with fresh and real ingredients& good people. God Bless ya...

Love their pizza but everytime I order lately my estimated delivery time is an hour & 10 minutes and last night it was 15 minutes late. When I called to find out where my pizza was, the person that answered the phone was not helpful, did NOT apologize or anything, he just kept saying "I dont know where he is", in reference to the delivery driver AND that they had no other deliveries. On top of that my pizza was WRONG as it should have been half cheese/half pepperoni and my potato wedges were burnt, not crispy but burnt. Very disappointing after waiting almost an hour & a half for food. No complaint was made after receiving the food as I didnt think, "I dont know" guy would do anything about the situation

Easiest 5-star review I could ever give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 These guys are on a different level when it comes to quality, service, and prices. Friendliest dudes and just the best atmosphere. A true hole in the wall pizza joint. I’ve recommended the place to probably 20 people and all 20+ of my friends have had it multiple times at my place. Not one time has anyone not said “this pizza smacks”. I personally enjoy their large pepperoni & cheese pizza and it’s also my wife’s favorite. Second to that I’d have to recommend trying their cordon bleu or meatball sub. Just a spectacular local takeout pizza joint. Going to miss this place the most from Livonia when we move in...
