Went thru the drive thru - girl taking order sounded disturbed, like I was bothering her - HEY, I provide your paycheck!!! When I went to get my food, they were tossing my container of cole slaw and it landed on the floor. I told the girl I did not want the container that was on the floor with my food, I wanted a clean one. She told the girl bagging, who must not have liked what I said and she preceded to use the "F" bomb as she took the one out and put in the new one. SERIOUSLY I parked, went in, which I did not want to do in the first place - that's what the drive thru is for - and asked for the manager. She was no help - just happened to be the best friend of the girl with the lovely attitude! It's been years since I had KFC. Was looking forward to it - won't ever go back again! Lock Haven KFC stinks! By the way - where's the pickles that are in the picture of the Honey Gold...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. I placed a large order, excited to enjoy my favorite fried chicken. However, when I opened my order, I was shocked to find that several essential items were missing. My order was incomplete, with no straws, drinks, or KFC sauce - which are crucial components of the KFC experience. It's unacceptable to forget such basic items, especially when I've paid for them. The lady at the window had no idea what she was doing. Just flung my order out the window carefree without doublechecking. The food quality was decent, but the overall experience was ruined due to the missing items. I hope KFC will take steps to ensure accurate orders and provide better customer service...
Read moreThank you...so very much!! Whether you order inside, or go thru the drive thru, the employees here are ALWAYS very patient and pleasant to order from! And ALWAYS with a smile! Another + for this establishment is we have placed orders, again both inside or thru the drive thru and WE HAVE YET TO HAVE AN ORDER BE WRONG! I cannot count how many times we go the drive thru at other restaurants in our area and we are either missing part of the order or it is just wrong....oh, or one of the drink machines are down...AGAIN. Thank you so very much! It's worth the extra 20 min to get there...
