The Lock Haven Express — Local services in Lock Haven

I needed a newspaper from a few days prior. I know I could have printed the information from online but sometimes sentimental things you know you will keep forever just deserve the extra work. I called the evening before I went to pick it up, the man I talked to was very nice. I asked for 5 copies if possible, he said, no problem, you want them brought to you? Wonderful and easy. I decided to pick them up, the lady at the front desk made it quick and easy. Such great custoner service, I realized I'd likely review them. I asked about taking pics but she said nothing, with people in it. I understand why. There was enough people working, and its a small enough space I knew that meant no pics today. So inside I have basicly nothing but I did get a few good pics. Easy to find, great people...

I took a visit to The Lock Haven Express over a recent mistake with the delivery of my paper. I was pleased to find that the lady who assisted me, I believe her name was Stacy? Was unbelievably kind and courteous despite the fact that I was a bit upset. She not only solved my problem in a swift and orderly fashion but she also assured me that she would do her best to ensure that my paper reached me on time.
