McDonald's — Restaurant in Lock Haven

This morning we went through the drive thru at 6am on 10/10/22 waited 15 minutes, we finally had enough and I walked in and grabbed our order and I noticed the girl at the drive thru pick up window was having a conversation with the customer in front as I walked in, I ended up being late for work, the girl that ended up giving me my order after I walked in and gave her an attitude and said about needing my order asap as i was going to be late for work didn't give me my receipt so I could make a complaint later to her manager, I'm very unhappy with my service this morning and I'm very upset that I was late for my job when the line never takes that long to get through. never fails! always terrible service..my 9 yr old son and I avoid going inside because the works all stand around and just stare at you and make 6ou extremely uncomfortable! And in the drive thru, every. Single. Time!!! I've gotta go inside OR back through the drive thru and have them correct my order.friea are usually old and cold! They put stuff on my sandwiches I never once asked for NOR mentioned! I've gone back 3 times atleast 4 times because they continue to screw it up! This McDonalds just tried to charge me full price for Big Mac's which are on the 2 for 6 deal, as they did not know the sale was running, even though there is a huge sign on their window. The manager did not even know. This McDonalds has continually screwed up my orders for decades, so this is nothing related to the pandemic, just bad ownership. I called in to let them know, and the manager did not even apologize. He sounded like he was 17, so probably has no idea how to actually be a manager. Again, not the workers fault, it's all on the ownership of this McDonalds, they just plain do not care at all...
