This morning we went through the drive thru at 6am on 10/10/22 waited 15 minutes, we finally had enough and I walked in and grabbed our order and I noticed the girl at the drive thru pick up window was having a conversation with the customer in front as I walked in, I ended up being late for work, the girl that ended up giving me my order after I walked in and gave her an attitude and said about needing my order asap as i was going to be late for work didn't give me my receipt so I could make a complaint later to her manager, I'm very unhappy with my service this morning and I'm very upset that I was late for my job when the line never takes that long to get through. The manager did not even know. This McDonalds has continually screwed up my orders for decades, so this is nothing related to the pandemic, just bad ownership.
