I ordered a spicy chicken bacon pub sandwich on the mobile app as pick up along with a Few other things. When I had arrived home after picking up the food I had opened the bag to see a hamburger bacon pub. To which I then drove back to the establishment and asked specifically for chicken. I was told that they had discontinued the sandwich and no longer had the sauces and toppings to that sandwich which otherwise wouldn't bother me other than that i had been given an entirely different meat than I what ordered. The sandwich, besides the chicken, was only missing the toppings which as stated wasn't my concern. The chicken was. When I corrected the manager of the mistake I was given sass, and was insinuated that they did not believe when things like "we don't think you're lying" and "it's not like we don't believe you" were said, when having physical untouched evidence of the beef on the sandwich. eventually later I was given the sandwich which this time had chicken and not hamburger meat. I was satisfied after having the chicken and just not sure why I was given an attitude for wanting the meat I ordered. And yes the sandwich was clearly stated on the receipt which also was taken from me by the manager after showing it to them. it should be mentioned I was given no sass from anyone but the manager whom I never asked or had intentions of talking to as to not cause any trouble or confusion between multiple people and only wanted my...
Read moreI've been dining at Wendy's since it first opened in Lock Haven 40+ years ago. In my younger days, sometimes several times or more per week. Their food has been reasonability priced, it has always tasted good, and the service has been consistently prompt. Now, in 2021, many things about Wendy's have continued to improve but a few seem to have declined.
During my last visit several days ago, they didn't have any hamburgers, large drink cups, or lids for their medium drinks and several visits prior to this one, they were also out of other various food items and/or supplies. Possibly this was a COVID-19 related disruption in their supply chain so I refuse to disparage the restaurant for possible situations out of their control. I intend to eat there again in the future and recommend you do too. Hopefully, the franchisee of this restaurant is aware of what has happened and is taking action to reduce the occurrences of such shortages, whenever possible, in the future.
Updated review 10/4/2021 My wife and I returned to this Wendy’s location for dinner. This evening there was yet another apparent supply shortage; there were no large beverage cups. They did credit our meal total in the amount of $1.02

Read moreCard machine at window has been done now for weeks. But you can go inside if you have a card. The other week at the window it was exact cash only. No large cups now a few times that I have gone. Why can't you get a plain burger? I order it plain and get home and have to take everything off. Please don't ask about what the coupons cover. They tell you the wrong burgers so then you pay full price. Also their flavored teas and lemonades...one person will make the tea in the flavor you want. But then most of the time they tell you they can't because they don't have enough keys on the register. Ring a flavored tea with your "keys" then put in the flavor the customer wants. There a few nice people who work there...but too many that act like you are...
