Wendy's — Restaurant in Lockhart

Me and two other people went in to enjoy a nice meal.. little did we know we wouldn’t be receiving what we ordered. My boyfriend ordered bacon stir fries they didn’t even bother to cut the bacon appropriately and the cheese was barley melted same with his friends fries. Two of us ordered the ghost pepper ranch sandwich and upon receiving my food they gave us a regular chicken sandwich with BACON when the ghost pepper sandwich does not include bacon AT ALL. And to make matter worse none of the crispy onions that come on the sandwich were there. We took it to the counter and the lady said that was correct when in fact it wasn’t. It seemed as if another gentleman complained about the same thing and still nothing was done about it. This wendy’s is brand new and already going downhill maybe in need of some new staff or even management if this is how they are trained. This is not...

It would be actually nice if the workers ordered their food on their own through the register whenever it’s busy and they have their lunch because they would literally sit there and talk it up with the person at the cash register while ordering their lunch that’s bad customer service. I believe you’re supposed to attend your customers first. Not too long ago my brother and his mother went to Wendy’s and my brothers baby mama found a ball of hair in her sandwich like somebody had hair stuck to the jacket or something n didn’t notice it . Besides that I go there frequently with my grandma, uncle and grandpa, and every time we ask for no ketchup and mustard they put ketchup and mustard on the burgers we asked not to be put on. I believe the workers should ask again if they didn’t hear correctly or repeat the order to the customer so they know they have...
