Bojangles — Restaurant in Locust

Just tried to order here at the drive thru. The teenage girl that was taking my order was gossiping with her coworkers so she wasn't paying attention when my fiancé was telling her what we wanted to eat. He said "I want a Cajun filet biscuit. Can I get just a second to figure out what else we want please" the girl said "ok, one Cajun filet biscuit and a steak biscuit. Anything else?" He repeated the same thing and she kept trying to charge for a steak biscuit. He said this atleast 5 times. She ended up getting, who I'm assuming was, the manager to take our order. When we pulled to the window, the girl was chit chatting with a few coworkers and just giving us a look like we had insulted her ancestors or somethin. My fiancé ended up not wanting his biscuit that he was trying ro order,, so I just ordered a sausage biscuit. Just wanted to say... that was terrible customer service. I would know what good customer service is, because I have worked in it for 15 years. I will not be coming back to Bojangles...

Never have ai had to wait 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich everybody in the back were laughing and having funn with a 10 car line sitting there they never once told anybody while I was inside waiting that there was a wait but they lnew there was because after I prdered the lady asked how long until the chicken is ready and that was just for tenders and they said 10 and a half minutes I stood there for 40 minutes along with other people waiting and nobody told us when our food was going to be ready they didnt offer a discount and they didnt throw any extra in with anybodys order will def never go back to this bojangles never seen any place not be able to work together as much as this place and not one person apologized for the wait it was ridiculous ive never left a review for any fast food restaurant or and place ive eaten before but this one...

I done an online order, went to pick my order up with my daughter, And as I walk in one of the employees are standing behind me and my daughter making sounds like awe!, kept just going Awe! behind us. The cashier .. Caitlin I believe was her name. was actively hitting on one of the other guys that were working behind the counter. A bunch of teenagers doing teenager stuff I guess. Very unprofessional. And then having the girl behind us over and over and over again going Awe! The people behind the counter were flirting and messing around so much that they bout forgot to give me my complete order. If I hadn't noticed I would have walked out there without everything that I was supposed to have. Bojangles do better. You got a bunch of teenagers who are not being responsible running the restaurant. No wanted to parking lot was empty.. cashier was...
