Always try to eat at local establishments and I hate to rate it so low but it was simply... NOT GOOD. Definitely not Authentic Mexican. Food was bland and tasteless. Had to ask for tortillas(for a extra charge) and they were of the simple grocery store variety, as were the tortilla chips. We ordered and had our food in literally 3 minutes, yes 3 MINUTES! Maybe it's what we ordered, but I have a feeling our food wasn't freshly made and probably microwaved. NTM the carrots seemed dirty. I barely touched my food. I kind of feel bad because I've been a server. They were extremely under staffed for the Holiday. My mother and I with my 1yo son walked in and seated ourselves per the sign at the host desk. They have a few dirty tables and about 30 people seated. We find a clean table and wait. We soon realize there are only 2 servers on the floor. We see more people walk in and seat themselves. 20min have gone by and the servers are still working with the tables they had already served. The worst chilirejanos I have ever eaten. I became sick within just 2 hours of eating them. I had gastric reactions throughout the night. Basically the food was so awful that I couldn't finish it. I have eaten at this restaurant before and have had the same reaction. The chips and salsa are much better. In my opinion, it is below average. I will have to say that the service was adequate, but that is not good enough to make me to visit this restaurant again.
