My husband went in to get my daily smoothie. I have perfected the perfect smoothie for me. It has A large orange dream machine. I customize it by substituting the soy milk with juice. Adding 2 extra scoops of orange sherbet and extra froyo then adding 24 shots of 3g energy. I have been ordering it sometimes up to twice a day. Even checking my blood pressure to make sure it never went above 107. Now today when my husband goes to pick up my order he was refused. They stated that the energy shots were capped at 5 cititng fear of legal action if they gave me more. But what I could do is buy 5 drinks or even 100 drinks and get them all with 5 energy shots and drink all I want. I just can't get it in one drink. They would never have had a legal problem with me before. But I'm pretty sure they might have one now. Their problem isn't with how much 3g energy I consume. Their problem is giving it to me in one drink so that they can charge me higher prices to pay for additional entire drinks. That...

I just would like to share my experience. First time at this location. When I walked in the door a big stack of cups fell onto the floor. A few mins later someone who worked there came to the front and I told him that the cups fell. I specifically put the cups that were on the floor for a good 3-4 minute on the side so she could throw them away but no she put them back in the stack of cups right in front of me. Maybe some people don’t care but to me that was very unsanitary. I told her AGAIN “ the stack to the side was one the floor” she said “oh was it this stack?” and took two cups off the top and threw those away. I was like wow . I almost wanted to walk out but I promised my kids Jamba! lol. And I made sure she didn’t take a stack from the ones on the floor when...

Ordered 3 drinks 2 medium 1 small. Received 2 small and 1 medium. Employee shut the door as soon as my hand touched the drinks, had to wait for her to acknowledge me sitting there. Informed the employee at the window that this was incorrect, she takes it with attitude and hands me back what I assume is my same drink with a bunch of ice to fill up the cup (there’s huge chunks of ice in it and tastes watered down, not like it normally does) employee then slams the window after handing me back the medium ice filled drink. Not very good customer service...
