If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to complain on their website but it would not process my complaint even though I kept within their 1000-character limit so I will leave my review here.
"My order was missing the super greens, this was an order I was sharing with another person and the missing super greens made our meal far less. After I expressed my complaint to the associate I was dissatisfied with what she was offering, the super greens only, despite the inconvenience of having to return on a later date as the store was closing in 10 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager and when I was put on hold after several minutes the phone call hung up on their end. It took two phone calls for them to pick up and then I was blamed for the hang-up instead of an apology. I was requesting my plate order be remade for the inconvenience of it all but the manager refused and only offered a medium super green. I expressed to her this would not satisfy the inconvenience of having to return on another day and at least 10% off my next order or something along those lines would have been a better counteroffer and show that they at least had some grievance for my inconvenience. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had at this store. My husband and I came here on another occasion an hour before closing and the employees had already begun cleaning up with very little food to choose from. My husband told me today's visit was very busy upon pick up and they likely did not have super greens and did not want to make more being so close to closing. This is extremely unacceptable and I will never return to this location again. Panda Express not only lost a customer but has a negative review from a local business owner who will not be referring this establishment to her local and visiting clients. I dont know what is with this place and how they hire the most incompetent people because obviously none of them can read a receipt to get an order right. Typical excuses of “oh we were busy boss I thought I gave them the right order” for $20+ an hour they should be smarter than this. This place is doing illegal practices. For starters, don’t have an estimated pick up time that is so bad and so off time that you give the people cold food. Second, this place is notorious for always saying a manager is not on duty VERY SHADY. I’ve even had an employee give me the number to their on call electrician instead of corporate to complain about how bad they messed up. Giving out other people’s sensitive information also unprofessional all to avoid not getting a complaint on you. Now I remember why I stop coming here, congratulations panda hasn’t fixed a thing.
My order here was 4 bigger plates plus one plate, do you realize how much money that is? For my to have EVERYTHING WRONG with my order, waste my time and gas to go across town again to then just WAIT EVEN MORE!? Being a professional reviewer on yelp and google with thousands of views per month I know when a place is full of poor management poor quality and poor business practices. I wouldn’t be surprised if dozens of people had major food/health problems from here since they DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. Read moreI ordered food for my family today and needless to say was just the worst. I’ve noticed this time around the bowls were not even full and only came with 6 pieces of orange chicken. Yes I counted them. This is as just the start. Second we didn’t get the third side dish to the plate order. Third we didn’t get the cubs meal at all. When we received our order the food was cold the food was all over the bag. The was no fortune cookies no utensils at all. The meals were skippy. When I talked to steph she said she was the manager. When I came down there’s I asked for the manager. This employee said why. What type of employees are they hiring now. This big white girl that said why had the nerve to stop other crew members of me asking for the manager. When the one I talked to came out no suprise she was just another crew member. No managers on site that was the first big red flag. When I let her know that I was the one she talked to that big girl kept hovering over. I finally said is there a reason why your over here if she’s the manager. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Finishing the convo with steph I told her and showed her. My cubs meal I still didn’t get everything for a cubs meal or the sauce for the chicken. Stil no utensils or fortune cookies.
