We placed an order online waited the 40 mins it said till going to pick it up and when we got there they didn’t know anything about our order then they found our ticket which had not even been picked up yet. So then they told us oh we will make it for you right now so we had to sit and wait then they made it all wrong, we ordered it online as pan light sauce they made it regular everything.When we had arrived and they realized they hadnt even started our order they offered to throw in some free wings so we were like okay they are trying to make it better. Then when they gave us our wrong order they didn’t give us the wings. We asked and they said that they were not told to make us wings. Anyways then they tried to make us stay again to wait for free wings and we were in a hurry And no longer being patience and had to leave so we just said no thank you and left with our pizza they made incorrectly that we had to pay full price for even though they were going to “apply some coupons for the delay”. After we said no thank you, the manager started fighting with the little cook employee in front of all the customers lol. Like a full blown argument in the restaurant. Very very very sad her words were “I am only one person I can’t do everything” even though she was just sitting in her office the whole time. There is no communication in this restaurant and management sucks. We only ordered a pizza and breadsticks we had a small simple order and it seemed to be too much for them. They obviously cannot process online orders they don’t even check for incoming online orders. I experienced an extremely disrespectful and unsatisfactory encounter, particularly with the ownership. I was hoping to redeem reward points for a free pizza. I often hesitate to visit this Round Table because they consistently, seem to skimp on ingredients and unjustly charge for items that are usually free at other locations. But I earned the point and they’re close to my home. When my app malfunctioned, I explained the issue to the apparent owner. However, he showed no interest in understanding the problem, bluntly stating “I have a wife and kids to feed and Im not giving you anything for free or a discount”. This escalated into him yelling and shouting over pizza prices. Resigned, I paid, requesting extra ranch and sauce due to the dry pizza that was order with extra sauce. He begrudgingly provided a tiny ranch portion, charging for any extra, despite generously serving the previous customer. He reiterated his refusal to offer anything without charge so I paid for the extra sauce and ranch. The lack of toppings, lack of sauce, lack of cheese, and lack of quality can all be changed. But the blatant disrespect from ownership/management cannot be trained nor changed and that is why this location is consistently empty and I’m sure the sales reflect such.
