Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lodi

I decided to give this place another chance. I ordered two tacos and a bean burrito. The tacos were average, this time there was more lettuce. When I looked at the bean burrito, it was flat. I opened it up and wondered when they stop putting beans in the bean burrito. The last visit (05/23/2022) I gave them two stars, it is going down to one star today.

This is an average Taco Bell. The customer service is average. They had advertised the pizza but when I ordered one they are out. I did get two tacos and a bean burrito. The tacos did not have much lettuce or cheese. They must be rationing these items. The bean burrito was average, the problem was it had no onions. The people were either new or they did not care about the quality of the food. I would have to give this visit a below average because I didn't get what I wanted and the food I received was not...

I am giving a 1 star review only because I have never had any issues during the day shift. Otherwise if I could give a ZERO star I would!

The night shift however is awful. They are always EXTREMELY rude. And never fail to get my order wrong every single time. No matter what I order every time I go it's always wrong. Sometimes they forget whole items (them tell me I am lying about not getting it) or put tomatoes on my items which I asked for none or give me regular soda when I asked for diet (as a diabetic THIS IS A PROBLEM)

The employees during the night shift do not care what so ever and it shows. I don't need service with a smile but I could do with out the out right sour attitude of most employees. But even then it wouldn't bother me that much if my order was at...

Ordered food from the kiosk...literally waited for 20 minutes....nothing...I was 1 of 3 people inside in the morning...went to the counter...nothing was even started...told them what ordered...couple minutes go by a worker starts asking about my order in which nothing pertained to it...I ordered a small meal for myself....after wasting 30 minutes of my time I walked out... you can keep the money....will never go back there as long as I live...could careless about visiting another taco bell again honestly...had problems with same location before....seriously what happened to this franchise.......
