Subway — Restaurant in Logan

Used to work for Subway. It has really fallen apart in the last few years. And it's not just one store that has fallen by the wayside. It's a lot of them. They never have enough help anymore and it takes forever to get your food. I just spent 23 minutes in one store getting a sub for my lunch at work. There was only one other person in front of me and it took 18 minutes for him to get his food. The food quality has gone down hill as well. DO NOT ORDER THE MEATBALL SUB! The meatballs are supposed to be changed out every four hours and tossed yet they are kept well passed that time and often kept over night and reheated the next day. They become burnt and mushy. Also you have managers and owners cutting back on portions of meats on subs in an attempt to save money but charging the same prices. ie: the roast beef sub. The roast beef sub is required by Subway recipe to have at least four slices per six inch and 8 slices per 12 inch at a weight of 2.5 ounces. There is one store that I know of for a fact that is weighing out the roast beef at 1.2 to 1.4 ounces, and yet they still charge full price. This is all just part of why I left Subway. And after tonight I probably will not be going to any Subways again to order food and never...

Well SUBWAY is advertising Buy a ft long , Get one free! Went to order on line , it said check out the “ cart” if they are doing this special, and I never did find that! Tried to order 2- Subs and that wasn’t real fun either. No where did we see where to have the cheese melted , or if you wanted something on the side! Just not my idea of a good order!! I paid extra for Guc. But I couldn’t even SEE it on my bread!!!!! I had questions. but the phone just rings and rings.... I tried several times..... . I will NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE AGAIN!! By the way, there was 3 people there when my husband picked up the order, doing nothing!! ( no reason someone couldn’t answer the phone). And we only live 10-15 mins from store!! By the way, he DID ASK ONE OF THE OEOPLE if we got the buy one, Get one free, he said he didn’t understand what he said and didn’t want to bother the employee!!!! We ordered our last two SUBS. This place is hit and miss depending on the staff working. Most of these new kids here don't seem to care about your sandwich or their job and they just generally appear unsanitary. I usually will leave if I see them working. There are a couple of long time staff that I will commend for doing a great job, they are usually the only ones I will left make my food.

A couple weeks ago I witnessed a girl talking on her personal cell phone while making a woman's sandwich. This is unhygienic and poor customer service in my opinion. So I left and took my business elsewhere for that day.

Most of the employees here appear miserable and lack the most basic of customer service skills and hygiene that I would expect of someone working in food service to have.

I really do enjoy subway and their sandwiches. But sometimes you just can't get what you want from here unless you really, really lower...
