This is your typical old fashioned ice cream parlor. All items are well priced and it’s conveniently located inside the Columbus Washboard Co. Didn’t get to try the ice cream. Some looked as if it had started to melt, and quite a few were freezer burnt.

What a cute spot. We didn’t make it in time for the washboard tour. But we did have ice cream!!! And it was such a delight. Cute spot with some great history! Highly recommend the coconut avalanche & black raspberry truffle ice cream!

I went in on Tuesday after work to get myself an ice cream cone and my mom a milkshake. The girl working the register was very rude she was one her phone when me and my mom walked in and continued to be on her phone for a solid 3 minutes after we walked in. Then when my mom got her milkshake she found a hair in it. The tables were a disaster. The prices are also extremely expensive. I definitely will...

Shorty’s Ice Cream has made me an ice cream lover. It is absolutely the yummiest ice cream. I went every day for two weeks. The quaint friendly service is heart felt and welcoming. The workers remember your name and what your order. The lunches are delightful as well. The chicken salad and wraps are made neatly and priced nicely. Definitely a great place to stop...

The ice cream is okay, feels very over priced for generic tasting ice cream and store bought cones.

The main reason I’m giving 2 starts is because there was a noticeable black hair in the vanilla ice cream. I pointed it out to the woman working and she picked the hair out and then proceeded to make our milkshake with that same...
