Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Logansport

Finally giving up completely on this Applebee's. The employees are usually distastefully rude. Especially, management and wait staff. However that wouldn't be why this particular store is not worth the time or money. After ordering 8 steaks over 6 months. Every single steak was no cooked correctly. I either got rare with burnt parts outside when I wanted well done...or if I ordered medium rare it was either completely bloody or cooked for so long it was too hard to cut with a steak knife. This last order is the defining factor of what is acceptable or not. The lady bringing our food to us in curbside pickup. Literally almost dropped our food and then didn't even check inside the bag that she just basically tossed around. After getting home and still giving the curbside employee a tip. I was still accepting of the slip and the mess she had left our meals in. However, when I cut into my steak. I instantly regretted ordering from Lognasport's Applebee's yet again. Requesting a well done steak. Just to receive a burnt rare steak with all my sides and the other meals all spilled into each other. I decided I will never return to Applebee's. A $21 steak better be cooked correctly. Aside from literally throwing the bag around. This store should just close and allow a better maintained store to take it's place. I want my food to be prepared in a place where safe food practices are in place. Not in a toxic environment designed to engulf the consumers bank account while offering a mediocre...

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I will never return. I ordered the Bourbon st steak and red potatoes. My potatoes were raw and cold. My son had the 7 oz sirloin and it was literally rancid. the meat tasted rotten and had a greenish tint , we had to give it back. Our appetizer was spinach artichoke dip. It was served cold after it had obviously been microwaved previously. It was not fresh. The chips were very stale and had to be sent back. On the way home, I had to have my husband pull over so I could vomit and now I feel very ill. The meal was very expensive and i feel like I just paid for a pile of garbage. Our server was very pleasant and did her best but the person cooking in the back obviously doesn't know what they are doing. The manager was less than friendly but she reluctantly took a whopping 10 dollars off our 100.00 tab for our troubles. We should have not had to pay at all. only two people out of a table of 5 even got to eat their food . This was actually the worst service I ever experienced. I took my wife there for lunch and was the only people in this certain section. When we set down we ordered our drinks and an appetizer. When we received our mozzarella sticks, they weren't even fully cooked. Cheese wasn't melted at all and was cold. We set there for over an hour waiting for our food to be brought out. Our waitress never came to give us an update or anything. The only time we seen her was after the hour she dropped of a drink for a refill of something we didn't even order. At the 1 hour and 15 minute mark I ask the waitress where our food was. At this time the area we were sitting in was packed and everyone was almost completed eating there food getting ready to leave and here we are still with no food and our waitress saying she wasn't sure about our food. When waitress comes back after 1 hour and 25 minutes and states that the food should be out in 1 minute. 15 minutes after that food was still not received.
