Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Logansport

Freaky slow. Poorly made. 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, 2 pickles, $30. Got to the store 12 minutes after ordering. The workers were outside. They did not yet know if my order. I specified everything in app but they missed cutting the sub in half, napkins, mustard and mayo packets. Asked for EZ lettuce and got EZ everything.

I'm from a town with 20 Jimmy John's and I've been to half of them. Little mistakes aside, the timing, service and attention to details were unsatisfactory. Exactly what I'd expect from Logansport's McDonald's but I only spend $10 there. When I spend 30 bucks on sandwiches I expect them made the same way every other Jimmy John's knows how to make them. Appropriate proportions, correct additions, directions followed.

This may or may not be relevant but the workers were very young and this is the towns first Jimmy John's and its only been open a couple weeks. May they greatly improve. I personally won't be back...

Ordered the #12 friday. Got to work open it up, no meat! Called and told them, they said that I could have it remade, I couldn't leave tho, so they took my name and said I could come another time for it. I went back today for it, get to work open it up and once again, NO MEAT. I called and was told I was basiclaly lying because their highly experienced sandwich maker said they DID put the meat on and basically I'm SOL because theres nothing else for them to do, since they have already remade it. Terrible Customer Service! I ordered a Slim 1. That sounds simple, right? I get home to find out they put mayo on it. If I would eat mayo, I would have ordered it that way. This is the second time they have made the exact same mistake with my order. I called and asked if they would deliver the correct sandwich so I could have lunch today, but no they don't deliver that far... 15 minutes away! If I had been the manager, I would have personally delivered the sandwich. I will NEVER use...
