Oh McDonalds... 😬... where to start ... so the food, is typically mediocre, but I've come to expect that unfortunately. Always getting old (taste like reheats or they spent about 3 hours too long under the heat lamps) fries and chicken nuggets. The hamburgers are ok i guess? I think the food reflects the staffs opinion and outlook of theor employer. I don't get the feeling that they treat their staff great. I say this because the staff are always miserable!!!! And when I say miserable I mean MISERABLE! the drive through is like "McDonalds- what do you need?" Me: " uhh.. hi... can I please have ... ... insert whatever here" employee: "k... so that is just (one item that I stated) pull to the window- me: errmm... uh well, may I have (adds 2 more items) desperately trying to get all of it in before interrupted again, to be pushed to the window but fail miserably bc the employee in fact does interrupt again, repeats the 2 other times added and tells me again to pull fwd. 😬 ma'am, I'm ordering for 3 people, so may I please have (last 2 orn3 items added) and that will be all. Employee: " deep, loud and deliberate sigh" k, pull to the window if you're done..... sooooo... idk if all mcdonalds employees hate life and everything in it, but that is vibe I typically get through the drive through. I know, fast food jobs pretty much suck, however... if it's THAT bad, I'd find a whole new job! No one should be that miserable. Last time went here, I decided we weren't actually going to eat here because the employee seemed SO disturbed that I couldn't trust them not to have done something to the food ... so beware before going to local McDonald's... you will need patience and likely won't have good vibes eating here. Also it's on the main road, so you guessed it! It's impossible getting out of the lot most times, but easier than taco bell or long John's parking lots as it's further down in a less...
Read moreHorrible. One 9f the worst mcds I've ever been. The customer service is by far lacking. Management doesn't do anything about the poor service and continues to let it happen no matter if you talk to them or not so it is pointless. I worked at mcds when I was a teenager and this kind of service would not have been accepted from the management nor the owners but I guess its fallen downhill since then because its bad and only getting worse. The food is always cold, not cooked right or out together right, orders always messed up missing part of or not made per order, when you get "pulled" you either get the wrong order or get forgotten about, etc. I could go on and on about how awful this mcds is but I honestly don't even want to waste my time even talking about it. It isn't like anything will be done about it anyways. Soooooo frustrating. I don't even want to give the 1 star but its required to give atleast 1. Just horribly awful. I would be more understanding about the messups if the customer service was better but it is just awful. You can't order without being interupted after you order each item with them asking "is that all?" I will tell you when I'm done or if I actually pause then you could ask that but honestly when I worked there we weren't even allowed to ask that. Why did that change? Its rude tobe interrupted like that. So rude and disrespectful. Then you get pulled so they can get their 90 sec or less drive-thru time which is cheating by the way and you ain't getting me out in 90 sec or less especially when I wait so long then I'm forgotten about and given cold food. Get. It. Together. Simple manners...
Read moreWhen I was handed what I knew would be the most disappointing iced coffee of my life, I let it go. But then my sandwich had no egg so I went through the drive through again (shoeless toddlers in back.) I understand mistakes. I work food service still and I understand mistakes. But the iced coffee bit is getting old. Mcdonalds coffee is made with 1 package of coffee. McDonald's iced coffee is made with 2 packs of coffee per brew to compensate for the ice added when it's done and at serving. They made a huge confused deal over me wanting my sandwich with an egg and a small black iced coffee with nothing in it (to add to my cream water) after 10 minutes of explaining this AT THE DRIVE THRU I finally get my sandwich back that I handed to them. (It's the same 10 minute old sandwich but now with egg) I ask AGAIN for a black iced coffee. I'm finally given a waterboarded coffee. Are you kidding? That's why it always taste like water. I worked mcsonalds for 7 years. There is no way this is being brewed fresh through the day. Or there's no way this is double brewed. Or it is just having pitchers of water added to it through the day in hopes no one notices it's literally just ice water. MISTAKES HAPPEN. this is ignorant. This is people charging 3$ + for a cup of water that's been sitting in a container since....I'd assume the day before. Mistakes happen, charging people for a service you never prepared in the first place is...
